Ms. Wright quickly pulled into her driveway and ran inside. She was greeted by her three kids, Lucy, Veronica, and Paul. They all ran up to her and acted unusual.
"Hi mom" Lucy said.
"Hello children" Ms. Wright replied looking down at them all.
"So... we have a question for you" Paul said
"Go on what is it"
"Well...👉👈"
Paul started stuttering.
"We were wondering if you would buy all of us tickets to the next furrycon..."
"Oh.."
Ms. Wright realized she couldn't afford it. With a disappointed face she said,
"Well you know we're tight on money, I'm sorry kids but I don't have enough to buy them"
Her children frowned. Ms. Wright, feeling like a failure to her family, walked into her room and turned on her pc.
The light from her computer screen illuminated her otherwise dark room. She quickly typed in her extremely long password and waiting for her was Roblox. It had been left from the night before and had been awaiting her since. She hunched over to see the little screen better and her mouth began to drool... Her pupils began to dilate, and dopamine was released in her brain...
"I guess this means we're on our own for dinner again" Paul observed.
