Rick is confronted by knights who suspect he is an enemy of theirs so they wrap him in chains and drags him to a water well where there are creatures who like to eat human flesh. Rick tries to reason with them and convince them that they are mistaken but he fails when they throw him in and grab his Heart Source so he has no power to defend himself even know the knights are unaware of what the Heart is.
He battles the creatures in the well with the help of a old Viking who throws the heart source to Rick and he powers up, he defeats the creatures and climbs back up to confront the leader Arthur King.
He explains why he is here and they believe him and agree to help him only if he helps them with the mystical creatures who want human flesh.
