Chapter 8 ♡

Taehyung's POV:
I reached the party venue. It was a pretty nice Hotel. I went inside and saw that there were many people present. Why not tho it was Namjoon Hyung's Birthday after all. The ideal student of our school. I spotted my other hyungs and saw them sitting on one of couches laughing.
I went towards them.
"Hii hyungs!" I greeted them.
"Oh hey Tae! You came have a seat here." Jin Hyung said tapping the place besides him. I went and sat besides him we were laughing and talking,Jin hyung was teasing Hoseok Hyung beacuse of his eternal relationship with sprite. We had gathered like this after a long time. As Everyone was busy with their stuff.
I looked around and saw all happy faces. Namjoon hyung hasn't come yet being the birthday boy he must be getting ready now. But I also noticed the absence of Jungkook and Jimin.
"Yaah Taehyungaa...where are you lost?" Jin hyung asked me.
"Aah nowhere I was just wondering where Jimin and Jungkook are? Are they not going to attend the party?" I asked being curious.
"Oh Jimin will not be able to attend the party. He got a fever last night. And Jungkook will be here soon. He had to pick Y/N up. Yoongi called him earlier and he said that he is on the way. I expect he'll be here soon."
"Ohh." I said. Hearing that Jungkook is coming with Y/N I felt a weird feeling. I was not liking the thought that Jungkook is picking up Y/N. "Was I probably jealous?" No no it's not possible for me to be jealous. My chain of thoughts broke when I saw Hwan standing infront of our table.
"Hey Guys! Can I join you?" He asked. I looked at the others and saw them just as clueless as me. "Yeah sure!" Hoseok Hyung said being the innocent one he is. But I did not like the idea of him joining us. I don't know why but from the very start this guy gives me pretty bad vibes.
"By the way I'm Lee Hwan. I'm in Jimin and Y/N's grade." He said forwarding his hands towards everyone. As he shook hands with everyone he came towards me too.
"Hey Taehyung you probably won't need me to introduce myself as it's not our first time meeting. Right?" He said kind of smirking at me. I gave him a glare and shook hands with him and then he went and sat besides Hoseok Hyung.
I fucking hate this guy more now.
"Yaah Kim Taehyung what was that?" Jin Hyung asked me.
"What was what?" I asked him back.
"I felt a pretty strange energy between you and that Hwan guy."
"Hyung don't you think this Hwan is pretty strange like doesn't he give off a bad vibe to you?" I asked facing him.
"Taehyung I think you are thinking too much. And probably it must be because of your past experience with him. I heard from Jimin that you got pretty jealous when Y/N met Hwan on the day of the football match. Maybe you are just judging him on that basis and because of your past feelings."
I did not say anything further to Jin hyung because I thought that probably he is right. Maybe I'm judging him because of the past encounters we had. I shrugged off the feeling and started to enjoy the party.

Author's POV:
Both Y/N and Jungkook got out of the uber and then started walking towards the hotel entrance. Coming out of the elevator both of them started walking towards the area where the party was being held but suddenly Y/N stopped in her tracks. Realizing that Y/N was not walking besides him Jungkook also stopped and turned back just to see Y/N being lost in her thoughts.
"Y/N? Y/N? Hello where are you lost?" He started waving his hands in front for her.
"Ahh nothing Jungkook promise me that you would never let my parents know about yesterday because if my parents get to know about it the amount of scolding I'll hear and my appa would not let me go anywhere by myself he'll always come to drop me. And I don't want to worry them like that." Y/N said making puppy eyes infront of Jungkook.
Jungkook scoffed at the girl being dramatic infront of him knowing exactly that Y/N was trying to butter him with her puppy eyes so that he would never spill the beans about Y/N being careless. But Jungkook let her win and said,
"Yaah you were worried abou this! Ok phabo I promise I'll not tell anything to Mr. And Mrs. Cho."
"Yagsoghae (promise)" Y/N said forwarding her pinky towards Jungkook.
"Yagsoghe (Promise)" Jungkook said intertwining their pinkies.
"Ok now let's go your hyungs must be waiting." Y/N said walking forward.
"She and her tricks of convincing" Jungkook said to himself and sighed.
"Jeon hurry up." He heard Y/N calling him and sprinted towards her.
