ANG WAKAS: The Special Chapter

Look Away

"Akin na!"

The current temperature this afternoon isn't helping the players cool down as the game goes on with heavy tension. They're already in the second set, the first is, of course, won by Iah's team.

The moment the couple arrived, the complex was filled with teasing and cheering from Iah's teammates, but it soon dispersed when the new batch of players came in. Iah was immediately encompassed by them, compliments poured out and filled Iah promptly.

"Soob!" sigaw ni Iah nang ibalik muli ng koponan ang bola sa side nila, Woozi was able to dig it up perfectly making it easier for Soobin to toss it to the air in a perfect angle. The ball spinning as though it's a planet orbiting in a pristine manner, Iah's eyes darkening as it locks on the ball.

And when he starts to move from the side, wide steps are taken towards the ball, the swift motions of his limbs cause the opposing team to not catch up. The sound of his hands against the rubber is crisp, drawing a smirk on his lips as he knows that the ball will definitely hit the ground.

Cheers evoked when it did, the opponents are more likely starstrucked rather than disappointed that the other team earned a point. Of course, it was Isaiah Yuri Park... Lorenzo, to be exact.

But it intensated when a voice erupted from the bleachers, provoking all of them to turn their heads.

"That's my baby!"

Iah's flushed cheeks bloom into a deeper hue of red. His reaction sent his teammates into a pit of laughter.

"Sana all." Soobin teases when he meets gaze with Iah.

The second the match finished, Iah came running to his husband whose arms were wide open to welcome him into a hug. A feathery kiss was planted on his temples as soon as he's in Earth's arms, following murmurs of "I'm so proud of you, mine" as if the game isn't just a friendly game.

"Panalo tayo pero nakakalumbay ha!" ani ni Soobin na dahilan upang matawa si Iah at humiwalay sa yakap ng asawa.

"Agree!" dagdag ni Woozi, natawa naman silang lahat.

Earth likes doing this. Making other people jealous of Iah, of them. He might've not fully understood what they just said, but he's sure that it's about it.

Their attention is called when the captain of the new team approaches them, "Kuya Iah, can we take a picture with you po?"

And of course, as the kind star player that he was known as, Iah nods at them. His teammates chuckle as they watch him turn red in embarrassment as the new players surround him while Earth backs away to give his husband the spotlight.

It has been an hour already since Earth leaned against the wall just outside the players' bathroom, almost all of Iah's teammates have left prior to now.

And for the nth time, he stands up straight when the door opens thinking that it is Iah, "Soobin."

Tila halos mahulog naman ang puso ni Soobin sa gulat, "Oh my god! You gulat me!" saad nito habang hawak-hawak ang dibdib.

"I'm sorry, where's Iah?" Earth giggles while cocking his head to the side,

"He's the last one who took a shower since he gave way to the other players, you can check up on him inside. He's all by himself there." Soobin states while gesturing to the direction of the bathroom, "Just don't do something." he jokes, making Earth choke in his own saliva.

Matapos no'n ay nag-paalam na rin si Soobin kay Earth at tanging silang dalawa na lang ni Iah ang tao sa complex. He wasn't planning to go inside, but as his patience runs thin, he just finds himself turning the door knob.

He assumes that Iah didn't hear him coming in since the latter didn't stop singing along to the music that was playing. A smile paints on his lips as Iah sings louder as though he's having a concert. Pagkasara niya ng pinto ay dumiretso siya sa tapat ng stall kung nasaan ang kanyang asawa at marahang sumandal sa sink.

After a few minutes of listening to his husband's concert, the shower is turned off; the place now falls silent and only Iah's hum fills the void. The sound of the door clicking open sounds louder than it should be as it echoes, a scream following as Iah gets scared by his husband's presence.

"Oh my god!" he exclaims while holding onto the door for his dear life. Earth stifles his laugh as he watches his husband. "Putangina kailan ka pa nandiyan?"

Instead of answering, Earth just shrugs as he eyes his husband's exposed torso, only a towel is draping his lower body. Iah immediately feels shy and small under the latter's keen stare.

"W-What? Are you going to watch me get dressed?" Iah sasses while walking towards the sink just beside his husband where his gym bag is placed. They're now standing side-to-side.

Pero nanatiling tahimik ang paligid. He lifts his head up to repeat his question to his husband but his words get caught up in his throat when he's welcomed by Earth's darkened gaze, a playful smirk spreading on his face.

"I-I said... are you going to watch me g-get dressed because it looks like you don't have plans to go out?"

The breathy chuckle that comes out from Earth's mouth is enough to make Iah shudder as chills rush through his veins, "I watch you get naked, what's wrong with me watching you get dressed?"

This time, the air shifts into something thicker, the scent of Iah's body wash is now replaced by the smell of tension. Both of their eyes are staring right into each other's as their chest rises and falls heavier.

"Look away." Earth whispers, the proximity of their faces is up to no good, "Look away because I couldn't."

But Iah stills.

"Mine. Look away or else your lips would end up on mine." The warning on his voice is apparent, causing Iah to suddenly feel hot all over.

Looking away is easy. He'd just turn his head to the side and it's all done. But you know... the fun isn't found on the easy path. So instead of doing what was told, Iah answers with a whisper, "I like the latter."

And so, in a blink of an eye, Earth snakes his hands on Iah's unclothed waist to turn him around. Iah's back now leaning against the sink as Earth towers over him, caging him while his hands slide down to Iah's hips, fingers playing the edge of the towel resting just above his pelvis.

"How can I resist such lips, baby?"

Earth asks as soon as he leans down to Iah's ear. A stuttering breath falls from the smaller one's parted lips as Earth starts nibbling his earlobe before trailing soft pecks down to his jawline and neck.

Not long after, his lips claim Iah's inviting one. One of his hands wander from his pelvis up to his jaw, securing Iah in place as they kiss sensually. The kiss is dominated by Earth, he's the one who's moving his head while Iah just answers back what he gets.

The kiss starts from slow and gentle to an open-mouthed sloppy rough one. Their moans against each other's lips are enough to tell that they're liking it as their warm hands explore each other's bodies. Iah's hands slipping inside his husband's shirt, the feeling of Earth's abdomen causing Iah to smirk in between the heated session.

But they are disrupted when knocks echo through the room, both of them turning to the door's direction while chasing their breaths.

"May tao ba?" The person from the other side asks, presumably, the janitor.

Iah then swallows past his dry throat, "Yes po! Saglit lang po, nagbibihis pa!" aniya. Nang wala na sumagot ay tsaka lang sila nakahinga ng maluwag at sabay na tumawa nang muling nagtagpo ang kanilang mga mata.

"Let's continue this later tonight." A coy look is painted on Earth's face as he says it in hushed tones while caressing Iah's reddened cheeks. Then he plants a velvety kiss on Iah's swollen beak before backing away.
