During a meeting in the boardroom, the Director showed Rose a picture of the man that Wren pointed out during the recruiting of Enigma.
"No, it can't be." Rose said in shock.
"Roselin..." The director replied.
"Was he the one that killed Updraft and Pathfinder during Operation: Black Dawn?" Rose said.
"I wish I could say no. But yes."
"But, this can't be. I saw that building fall."
"You saw him die? With your own eyes?"
"Well, no. But if Wren said he was shot, you know he was shot. There's no way he made it out alive. We barely did."
"Regardless, here we are."
"Then, it's my turn. Wren had his chance. The next time we find him, I get to kill him."
"We...need to discuss that actually."
Wren was in a hallway near the boardroom.
"You did great out there." Wren said.
"Thanks." Enigma replied, in pride.
"Now, we are going to..."
"Wren!" Rose said, interrupting Wren.
"Rose. Welcome back." Wren replied.
"Shut up, I know you missed me." Rose jokingly said. "They...promoted me."
"I know."
"It's your fault, isn't it?"
"Maybe..."
"You. Enigma, right? I'm your knew mission coordinator."
"Looking forward to working with you." Enigma replied.
"You're darn right you are. Now come one, let's get to work."
"Will do." Wren said.
