After yesterday's photos of me and Max got leaked,there were thousands of assumptions made by F1 fans. And most of them thought that we were in a relationship again,which was impossible. But after we posted our statements people have seemed to calm down a bit,thankfully.

Today was our 3rd day of the vacation and we were all about to head to the beach,like any people on vacation would do so.

After some time,I decided to go into the water ,while the others were sunbathing. I had brought a massive floatie with me,but because it was slipping away every time i tried to get on it I couldn't lay on it. Plus there were waves too so that made it even harder

"You need some help over there?"- Max had approached me who was also about to dive into the water. I felt embarrassed because it was clear I was struggling to get on.

"Well yeah i guess"

I went next to Camille and grabbed the floatie so that it could stay still. As she got on the floatie,at a split second our faces were divided by millimeters. She quickly pulled away and smiled awkwardly. That's when i noticed something.

Her necklace.

That necklace looked unbelievably familiar to me. And then i remembered. I got it for her on her 21st birthday,when we were dating. It was a diamond necklace that had a heart in front. I remember her telling me that no matter what happens,she promises to wear it all the time

And she really kept her promise after all.

I was surprised that she actually still wears it to this day. Then,all the memories hit me. When we planned our future and when we talked about wedding and children. Well,she already has a daughter now. I don't know why but I really wanted to now what happened to her daughter's father. It was clear to me that he wasn't a part of the family. It might sound disrespectful that I actually want to know what's going on,but i always think about Camille. I never stopped thinking about the day she broke up with me. I was certainly sure that there was something else behind all of this.

"Max are you okay"- Suddenly I snapped out of my mind hearing the voice of Camille

"Oh yeah sorry i was just thinking of something"

"That's alright,should we go into the deep,i mean there is no point in standing in the shallow?"- She offered

As we went into the deeper I had to move the floatie she was laying on as well.

"You still wear that necklace?-" I asked and she touched it with her hand almost immediately

"Yeah. I mean i don't want to break my promise. I hate doing those things. Plus I like how it looks. And my daughter has said many times that she loves it"- She chuckled with a smile on her face.

I let out a small laugh too,although my mind still wasn't really at ease. I really never moved on from our breakup. And I wanted to know if Camille feels like that too. But I was sure that she has already began a new life with her daughter and completely forgot about us and what we had once

We were then talking about some other things when a big wave splashed us over and flipped the floatie upside down with Camille falling in the water. Out of reflex I grabbed her hand and pulled it which immediately she turned towards me and placed her arm on my shoulder.

"Thanks for saving me haha. Not that I was going to drown,I know how to swim"- Camille giggled quietly as we kept our eye contact all the time.I felt her coming closer and closer to me as well as I could hear her intense breathing.
