Taria's Perspective
I asked his name even though I knew it already. I just wanted to hear him say it. That sounded silly in my head but it was true. I just wanted to hear his voice say it to me, in that rougher, deep voice. Little did I know him saying it as a whisper close to my ear would make my legs shake and my spine turn to jello.
"I like that name" I said to him in a whisper.
Atlas let my chin go and helped me to the head of the bed. He helped me in, holding my arm while I grimaced, lifting my legs onto the bed below the satin sheets. I was exhausted emotionally and certainly physically as my body attempted to repair itself. Atlas pulled the sheet up around me and I almost instantly fell asleep.
Waking up what felt like a decade later, I was alone again. I took a peek out the window, it was dusk, with the sun setting in the distance. I realized that I was around three floors off the ground, in what looked to be a damn castle but I knew it had to just be a big house. It was a gray cement on the outside, with several pillars and decorative balconies that I could see while peering out the window. The yard was expansive, reaching what looked like two acres in the front, with a large iron gate and fence around the property.
It was a bit cold outside, I could tell because my breath was creating fog on the window. I shivered, and drew the curtains again. As I was turning around I heard the door creak slightly open.
I expected Atlas, to my surprise another man was entering the room. I pulled the sheet around me, scooting back quickly in apprehension and fear. I only trusted Atlas. Well..not really trusted but knew. Not even knew, I knew nothing about him but he was the only one I had actually had contact with so I at least was familiar with his massive stature and closed off nature. This man was something else entirely.
He was tall, but more slender, with lean muscle on his probably six foot five frame. He had dark brown hair, with green eyes, tan skin and of course loads of tattoos covering his hands and forearms. That was all I could see of him as he had dark pants on, a white collared shirt and a suit jacket that had to be hand tailored the way it fit him so perfectly. He had a slight grimace on his face but his eyebrows were raised in a more curious way than angry. He walked over to the bed, stopping around three feet away from it and just looked at me.
I tried to slow my breathing but my heart was practically beating out of my chest in nervousness. I certainly wasn't going to be the first to speak here so I waited with bated breath to hear him say something, anything to me.
"So you're Atlas' little pet are you?"
I gulped. Pet? Not sure that's how Atlas was treating me but I just blinked at him.
"Let me see you." He put his hand out and gestured for me to rise out of the bed.
I hesitated, and somehow found enough boldness to shake my head no. I didn't trust him at all. I didn't recognize his voice from the other night and did not get a good feeling from him like I did with Atlas even though Atlas still scared the shit out of me.
"If you don't get up voluntarily I have no problem making you get up. You're a guest here, what I tell you to do, you do. Immediately." He hardened his gaze at me and clenched his jaw. He was clearly not used to people saying no to him or even questioning following his direction.
I pulled the sheet around me harder and again shook my head, I was afraid. I did not want him to see me exposed, I still was only wearing a strangers pair of underwear and a pretty sheer mens t-shirt.
Goosebumps covered my body and I shivered. He took a giant step forward and yanked the sheet away from me, throwing it to the end of the bed. It took no effort at all for him. A perfectly coiffed hairstyle had one piece come loose and it hung over his eye. He was angry. Really fucking pissed. He grabbed me by my upper arm and dragged me to him. I was pressed up against his body, feeling his hard muscle below his jacket and shirt. I tried to lean my body back and turned my head but he was so strong I couldn't move much.
