A man wore a mask of teeth that he'd pulled from women's gums himself, and remained just a "legend". Only the children had seen him, which was ages 5-12, resulting in whenever they reported the man to the parents, they assumed child-play.

After a while, more and more kids were diagnosed with schizophrenia, although it wasn't really the illness, they weren't lying or hallucinating.

A little girl, age 8 named Clara, had seen the man too. She was unaware of his danger and constantly told people he was her friend.

Now, the man was known as a rumor, so when they heard this they called her a demon. Clara was mocked and called Demona, even by her family. By the age 10, Clara now went by Demona and ran away, seeking shelter with the man.

Finding her a week later in the woods, death hunting her soul, he took her to his home. His home was an abandond asylum, which is said to hold the weeping spirits of the mad.

Demona and the man, which she had given him the name of Teeth - because of his mask, had been friends. He didn't know her name, and when she told him, she said;

"I'm Demona, but call me Mona,"

And she smiled at him. Teeth had never had friends before, his home had driven him to insanity and he didn't mind.

Teeth was use to metal creaks of the asylum, but Demona wasn't. Mona soon was drove insane too by the creaky doors on the rustic hinges, the nails that scrape across the walls at midnight, and the worst was the screams and wails of dead souls.

Mona was at the brink of insanity, but already at rock bottom. Teeth knew something was wrong, he tried to comfort her but his clothes were stained in dry and fresh children's blood, his body smelling dank of decaying walls and mold.

Mona and Teeth were so close but so far, as in, they sat in the same rooms, but Mona was so unfocused on her surroundings. Teeth usually had to guide the sad teen to new rooms, just to keep her moving.

When Demonas honey brown eyes were focused and she was actually doing stuff, she gave Teeth new clothes. Not smelling so bad now, Demona now accepted his comforting acts, and her emotional and mental health got better. Only though, she was tipping off the sanity cliff and plunging into the depths of her thoughts.

Day in and day out Teeth would hold and cradle her, as she didn't mind, well, that's what Teeth thought, and he felt loved for doing so.

At 5:16 AM though, Demona stepped out of her cell, and headed to Teeths room for him to unlock her straight jacket. He felt she would suicide if he didn't protect her, and this was what he did. When he opened the door, something was different in her eyes. The usual honey iris was moss green, almost like old molded honey. She was changing.

Insanity pushed her off and her thoughts were caving in on her. Teeth took her in, kept her jacket on and asked her how she felt she replied with,

"Abused." Shocked, Teeth said;

"W-what? I thought you felt loved..."

Teeth went on about how he loved her and tried so hard to. It ended with an eruption from her trying to escape the jacket and murder him about him driving her insane from the start, that she missed her family, and realized that it had been atleast 100 years, yet she had only aged 5 years.

One night, Teeth set Mona free and she became the latest known "legend killer," just like him.
