"Why!" Laura yells out. "Because I'm in love you!"

Ross Lynch and Laura Marano have always had a close friendship. At times way closer. Though at the end of the day they were always friends first.
That can only last for so long until the secret rendezvous, missing each other so much it physically hurts and denial of feelings becomes too much. They set themselves up for heartbreak when they agreed to all of this at 18. But they didn't care and even if they did, they're both way too stubborn to admit how real all of this really is.

"Someone's excited about seeing Austin."
"What if I am excited to see Ross?" Laura questions turning to look back at Mark Diamond, her tour's opening act and good friend, watching as he uses the guitar that was resting on his lap as a shield not taking any chances on getting a high heel tossed at him for the fifth time on this tour.
"Nothing." Mark simply replies with a little smirk. "You switched up on me Diamond. You're just like everyone else." Laura murmurs.
"Except I've been pretending to sleep beside you while you were texting him late at night on the road. I know more than you think." Mark replies still hiding behind the guitar, watching Laura look at him with a shocked look.
"You're lying."
"I wish I was. That boy should be careful about what he texts. If he got hacked, both of your Disney images would be gone like that. Also no amount of friend zoning him would let you guy's beat the Raura agenda after that."
"His Disney image is long gone. Especially after this tour." Laura replies with a slight eye roll, at the number of times she's gone on Twitter this past week just to be jump scared by a shirtless Ross dancing on her timeline.
Though it does make Christmas/Birthday shopping easy this year when it comes to him. That boy is getting t-shirts, t-shirts and more t-shirts.
"What shirtless Ross is just for you?" Mark teases not knowing how true his question was. "Would you shut up? I'm done talking."
"Congrats again Sophy." Hugging Sophy one more time, congratulating her on becoming a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, Ross moves off to the side letting Ryland hug her bye as well.
"I'm just so proud of you Soph." Watching Ryland purpousely extend his goodbye hug with Sophy, Ryland glances at his brother who's just glaring at him.
Ross almost feels bad about rushing the goodbye's with his family then he remembers that he will literally be back with them in a couple days, whereas he hasn't been with a certain brunette since the start of her tour.
He does however take the time to actually say goodbye to Super and Sweetie, even if Sweetie literally has no idea who he is and could care less about this blonde dude hugging her.
Going around to do the final goodbyes, Ryland and Ross are soon on their way to the airport.
Just like a little kid counting down the minutes until summer starts in school, Ross is quite literally counting down the minutes until he's back with his TV wifey. While Ryland goes into typical little brother mode making sure to tease Ross about the certain brunette every couple of minutes on the flight.
