Age- 25 years

Jaemin and Jeno walked hand in hand under the cherry blossom trees along the banks of river Meguro. Jaemin still couldn't believe that his wish was finally fulfilled by his boyfriend.

After completing their studies, Jeno was the first one to land himself a job. In no time his paintings started receiving attention from everywhere in the country and now he was one of the most famous painters. For Jaemin, success was a gradual process. He started at a firm and wrote articles but that wasn't what he enjoyed doing. So he quit his boring job and sat down to do what he had always wanted to do. Writing a book.

It took him 2 years to make a place for himself in the world of literature, but slowly and steadily, people started acknowledging his works and now he was one of the best authors in Korea.

It was Jeno who decided to take Jaemin to Tokyo and show him his favorite flowers. And it was the best decision. Cherry blossoms looked even prettier in person. Their soft pink petals floating on the river's surface was a beautiful sight.

"How do you feel?" Jeno asked his boyfriend.

"Amazing"

They decided to sit on a nearby bench and admire the beauty of the city in front of them. Jeno took lots of pictures to keep as memories whereas Jaemin captured the moment in his heart. It was the top thing on his bucket list to enjoy this view with Jeno.

"I have something to tell you babe"

"Hmm"

"I love you"

"I love you too" Jaemin chuckled.

"Marry me" Jeno sat on one knee in front of his boyfriend and took out a blue box from his coat pocket to reveal a beautiful diamond ring.

Jaemin froze when he saw the ring. He never imagined Jeno would propose like this out of the blue.

"I love you and I want to stay beside you forever. Marry me Jaemin"

Jaemin felt tears trickle down his face and he nodded and extended his left hand. Jeno smiled brightly and slipped the ring in his finger.

Jaemin brought his hand closer to his face and that's when he realized that it wasn't any ordinary diamond. It was a pink diamond. The rarest and the most expensive diamonds to ever exist.

"J-Jeno how much did you spend?"

"You like it?"

"I love it but-"

"Then it's worth every dollar."

Jaemin hugged Jeno and softly kissed his now fiancé's cheek.

"I love you so much"

"I love you too"

Jaemin silently thanked the universe for bringing a man like Jeno into his life. He was glad to be his lover and he promised to love him till eternity.
