Jack then got up and he disapeared and Sam and Daniel, shared a look before Daniel then said "what just happened? i mean that was odd even by Jack's standards, do you think he was being serious? I don't really see him as the spilling his feelings out to anyone kind i mean he has never done that before, and you were a bit odd too"
Daniel mused softly and Sam simply raised a brow and she then gave him a look, she wasn't going to answer anything that he would ask, so really he saw no point in asking, so he didn't, Sam felt like there was this awkward space now that Jack had left, so she got up very quickly and she went to her lab, that was a safe haven for her, somewhere she could explain everything by science, which was good right? Sam did of course know that not everything could be explained by science but, she would always give it a good go.
It didn't of course take very long for Sam to have gotten to her lab, and she raised a brow as she entered,she'd been reading a book, and she could easily sense she wasn't alone, and she then said as she looked up and saw Jack. "Sir? is there something i can do for you?" She mused softly it was odd that he was stood there because he didn't ever come into her lab unless he could really help it, because she did have a habit of confusing him, which let's face it wasn't difficult to really do.
"Yes Carter there is something that you can do for me shut up" Jack mused softly which of course caused a rather confused look to cross her face, which he found oddly cute and amusing, before he then said "this is me taking your advice Carter, you only have yourself to blame for this, but if i don't tell you now i might not ever, and i want you to know, or at least i think that i want you to know, i'm really not good at this crap"
"Doing what sir, i don't know what your trying to say, your going to have to explain much better than you are now" Sam mused softly she was easily confused by this fact, she for once didn't know what he was talking about, and that was a first for her "For crying out loud Carter, can you just let me have five minutes where you aren't cute and adorable" Sam very nearly choked and dropped the book that she was holding, did he really just say that? did he really just call her cute and adorable.
"excuse me Sir?, is there something wrong with you, i mean your not making a lot of sense" Jack watched as she spoke, she just kept talking, she wasn't stopping he need her to stop talking, so he simply acted on instinct and he kissed her, quite passionately so too, before he broke away, not before she kissed him back of course, but now she was simply stood there in shock.
