They started talking to each other for they can know each other more . they even had lunch together and play together. They both became friends and then to best friends.
But a thing that Alex had was he secretly had a crush on wilbur but he still wasn't sure.
"Ok class, today we need to work on a project of writing about the history of the lost cases" Mr.enderson explain to the whole class about how and when to turn it in. "So.. Alex I'm gonna put you with wilbur since yall are both sitting next to each other" he continues pairing the rest of the students with a partner.
"I'm gonna give all of yall some time to talk about the project and where yall are going to study it before i dismiss class and switch classes" Mr.enderson told his class before typing something in his laptop.
"So um.... w-whos house do we go t-to..?" Alex stuttered for mostly no reason but also just staring at wilburs beautiful coffee brown eyes blushing a little bit.
"I guess we can study at my house, i mostly live by my self because i decided to focus on studies and not get distracted with my family" wilbur told Alex doing eye contact but breaks it to grab a sticky note and writes his address.
"Here, it's my address for we can study later" Wilbur smiled before grabbing his bags and getting ready to leave.
After wilbur left, all Alex could do is smile back and say bye. He was blushing because of how cute wilburs smile was.
[Alex thoughts : no no no... he's probably straight and stuff.. i can't be catching feelings for a best friend i just meet about 2 weeks ago..]

After Alex left his last period he walked to his blue silverish locker to grab his items which are his binders, notebooks, paper for the project and lastly his drumsticks. Wilbur was walking around the corner and saw Alex getting his stuff but then they fell.
Wilbur walked fast infront of Alex's locker to help him get his stuff.
"Thank you, y-you didn't really had to do that" Alex smiled nervously while also picking up his items.
"Eh it's alright I'm just helping my friend" wilbur said while smiling back. But something that wilbur said kind of made Alex fell wierd. "Friend".
Wilbur helps Alex put his stuff in his backpack and walks away while saying bye and exiting the wooden dark doors.
Alex can just feel his heart pounding like crazy. Alex put on his backpack and started to walk to the dark wooden doors. After the smaller stepped out, he dug into his pocket to pull out a blue sticky note with the tallers address.
He noticed that wilbur only lived seven houses away from his house. He smiled, he put up the sticky note before walking home to get dressed and started walking to wilburs house.
