The Day You Moved In Town||*•{reddie}•*

Moving Day

There Eddie Kaspbrak sat in his bed, looking out a window at a town,he knew he'd never look out of again or see again. He was lost in thought but someone yelling brought him back to reality.
"EDDIE BEAR!! Time to leave! Make sure to take your pills before we go!"
"Yes mommy! I will!" Eddie yelled back at the oh so familiar voice. Eddie started to get into his Fanny pack and took out 4 bottles of pills, swallowing one out of each bottle, he then grabbed all his boxes out of his room and brought them to the moving truck, looking around the neighborhood that he wouldn't see again. He walked inside to say goodbye to his once childhood home, looking back at his mother who was in the car waiting for him.
"Are you ready to go now Eddie bear?" Sonia kaspbrak asked.
"Yes mommy, I'm ready to go." He said as he walked over  the other side of the car, getting in. The car started to slowly back out of the driveway, Eddie kinda excited for a new start and a new beginning, but little did he know what was coming.It was about a 7 hour drive to his new home in derry and they was only about 3 and a half hours in, he was hungry and tired but was to anxious to sleep.
"Mommy, can we stop to eat?"He asked his mother politely.
"No Eddie bear, you know fast food will make you sick and fat!"his mother snapped back Immediately. Eddie looked down at his small feet with little red high top converses on them, while his stomach growled intensely. Eddie just watched out the window at all the trees off the side of the high way he was on, wishing he could be as free as them, but didn't wanna be out in the dirty woods, with all those gross animals and GERMS, "ew, gross."He thought as he tilted his feet back and forth. His mother soon pulled over to a gas station, getting an extra purified water, handing it to Eddie along with another bottle of pills.
" What are these ones for ma?" He said, curiously looking at the pills in the bottle, the pills where large and bright blue with an orange top cap, him cringing at their looks.
"They will help your sickness eddie." Sonia said with a stern voice as she shoved the pills and water into hands, Eddie taking the pills and downing them with water.
"How much longer till we are there?"Eddie said with a questioning tone.
"3 and A half hours, and we will unpack as soon as we get there so our stuff doesn't get moving van germs." Eddie cringed at what his mother had said, "germs." He thought as he slightly bounced his leg, looking back out the window. "3 and a half hours left, try to sleep eddie, you got this." He thought as he closed his eyes and slowly fell into a calm sleep. The next thing Eddie knew his mother was calling him to wake up from his peaceful slumber.
"Eddie bear we are here!" His mother said with joy
"Oh yay.."Eddie said disappointed he was woken up from a great nap, him looking at a little 2 story yellow house, it looked small and cramped but cozy at the same time. Eddie got out of the car and saw the moving truck pulling in the small driveway of his new home. He slowly walked up to the porch of the little yellow home and looked back to his mother "can I go pick out my room?" He asked, his mother looking back at him, with a concerned look.
"Go ahead, but as soon as your done you need to take your pills again! And you need to unpack your stuff out of moving truck and move into your room!"
"Okay mommy!" Eddie said as he opened the door and explored the house, he went into the small living room and looked around, in the corner of the room, there was a door, he walked up and opened it to a little room, that was probably going to be his mothers room, there was no way his mother would make it up the stairs every night. Eddie then made his way upstairs to the whole floor being one room and a bathroom as soon you walked up, him going into the bathroom first. "Nice bathroom" he said to himself as he walked out and into the room, it was bigger then the one downstairs, him knowing this was his room for sure. Eddie then heard his mothers words echo through his head saying "3 and A half hours, and we will unpack as soon as we get there so our stuff doesn't get moving van germs." Eddie shivered at the thought, going downstairs and out the door, helping his mother move into the house, when he first walked out he saw a tall boy, with a Hawaiian button up unbuttoned, shorts, and a pair of black vans, with big thick framed glasses and curly hair walk out of the house next door, he stared at the boy as he got onto his bike and peddled off in the opposite direction. He then continued to unpack and get ready for school the next day, he hoped it would be better then his last school, where he was tortured and bullied all the time for being short and for what he wore, which both weren't his fault, his mother made him wear the things he does and he couldn't help his growth, he looked down at the thought of bullying again and went up to his new room, which was now full of boxes, an unmade bed, and a little desk for him to do his homework on. Eddie made his bed and unpacked some clothes into his closet, he then laid in his bed to go to sleep after taking his pills. He closed his eyes and slowly fell asleep into a nice peaceful sleep.
