Ugh, fuck this stupid alarm clock. Fact, I'm not a morning person. I reach out to the alarm clock and hit it, oh yeah, back to sleep. My head jerks up at the sound of another annoying ringing... Call me maybe... That's my phone. Ugh, I look at the caller ID and let out a huge sigh as I pick it.

I hear a scream from the other end of the line causing me to pull the phone away from my ear. What is it this time? "There's a huge rat on your porch," Stacy yells seemingly terrified.

"A rat?!... Wait what are you even doing on my porch?" I ask. Stacy sighs dramatically.

"It's the first day of senior year silly, we always prepare for school together every new school year".

"Oh... Yeah... That... " I say unenthusiastically. I could practically hear Stacy rolling her eyes from the other line. Knowing Stacy, she's probably gonna make me wear something I don't usually wear. "Okay back to the rat on my-" Stacy screams again.

"It's looking at me... Quit staring at me you over sized rat!" I hear another scream. Okay, that's my cue. I seriously wonder how she hasn't woken anyone with her scream. I'm not worried about my family, I'm worried about the neighbors who live way down the block. My family could sleep through a tsunami.

I quicken my pace as I hear another scream. I open the door to a terrified Stacy and a.... SERIOUSLY!!! I came all the way down here for nothing.

"Stacy, it's not a rat, it's a ferret, her name is Snow and she belongs to my mom," I wonder how she thought Snow was a rat. Come to think of it, what is Snow doing outside? Suddenly an evil smirk appears on her face.

"Guess what Ash, I knew you wouldn't come down here if I had simply asked you to.. so I had to come up with something. Aaaand the best cunning friend award of the century goes to.... Drum roll please... Stacy Miller... Thank you, thank you,"

It takes everything in me not to rip out that pretty hair of hers. Walk away Ash, just walk away. I pick up Snow and put her in her cage palace. I'm still annoyed, I mean, she faked this whole rat thing so that, ugh. I get frustrated even thinking about it. I look at my phone and note that it's still 5:42am. What kind of person wakes up this early. The answer? easy, anyone but me! Wait a minute... Why did my alarm clock wake me up at 5:30am.

"I know you're mad, but we have to get dressed for school," she points out. Of course... 2 whole fucking hours isn't enough for Stacy to get ready for school. She leads the way to my room upstairs because she's been here a bazillion times.

"Okay, this is our first day of Senior year and we wanna make a good impression," I say earning a scoff from Stacy.

"Excuse me, WE?... I'm not the one who has 4 drool worthy celebrity brothers. You're a celebrity Ash, you have to walk around with a body guard who is within 8 feet. Everyone likes you, you've got nothing to prove," I roll my eyes as I close the door of my room behind me. I enter my walk-in closet and come out holding a pair of black leggings and one of my oversized Versace hoodies.

"Please don't tell me you're wearing that," Stacy holds a horrified expression. Such a drama queen.

"What's wrong with it, it's my signature look,"

"Oh yeah? Then why do you think guys hardly approach you," here we go again.

"You know it's because of my brothers, especially Cole, guys were scared of him when he was still in high school," I point out.

"No silly bitch, it's because they keep wondering if you have assets under those oversized hoodies you wear," I throw my head back I laughter at Stacy's ridiculous theory.
