The woman comes back in, with a clean diaper. She lifts Nick out of the crib and puts him onto a changing table, face down. She unstraps the diaper, and slides it off of him. She pays his bottom with some baby powder, "Don't want you getting any rashes now, do we" she says. She slides a clean diaper onto Nick.
"Thanks mama" Nick says. Is he seriously calling her "mama" now? He's not trying to, what's happening?
Nick is put back in the crib, which is noticeably smaller now. Nick gets another bottle of milk, which seems bigger than before. Infact, almost everything seems bigger now. What happened?
