I run breathing heavily, my little legs taking me as fast as they could go. I look behind me and then see the same thing following me. A monstrous wolf, huge, yellow tint in their eyes, fur as gold as gold can be.

I weave through the trees. What is happening, I remember falling asleep, why am I running through the forest in only my boxers and no shoes on.

My feet were getting all cut up from the twigs and rocks. I could feel the burning ache of the open cuts, dirt and debris up in them.

I came face to face with a huge mountain, I couldn't go around it, the only way to get around it was to climb it. I was tired, weak and scared.

I turn around and the big beast was there, stalking over to me. My body was small, frail and I was skin and bone.

It was my father, that's what I assumed, my father changed into this huge wild animal. After stabbing mom. He came after me but I was already halfway into the woods when he caught up to me.

The big wolves eyes started turning red, he was foaming at the mouth, it looked like. I was scared, I was so scared I was gonna die.

The wolf lunges at me.

I burst awake screaming bloody murder. In a cold sweat, breathing heavily. Someone burst through my door and in runs my older brother, well foster brother, Miko. He runs up to me and touched my face.

Wiping off the tears I didn't know were falling down my pearly off white, beautiful skin.

"Hey, it's okay Rain, shhh...." He whispered and hugs me tightly and I cry in his shoulder.

After my mom died from my dads beating, I was put into foster care. They found me in a ditch on the side of the road all cut and bruised, malnourished and on the verge of death, literally. I almost succumbed to my injuries. The doctors and nurses worked tirelessly on my poor small, malnourished body.

They couldn't find my pops. I was glad they didn't, I didn't want to go back.

"Shhh... My baby brother... I'm here, I'll always be here.. It was just a dream..."

I tried to calm down. Which I successful calmed after like 20 minutes..

I pulled away and Miko touched my face and smiled down at me, he wipes the excess tears off my face and he kissed my forehead.

If your wondering. I wasn't mute, I just didn't talk that much. He always waits until I'm ready to talk.

"T-thank you... Miko..." I whispered and he smiles and nodded.

"Let's get ready for school." He says and I nodded. He left after making sure I was okay. I head to my bathroom connected to my room.

Mi and I moved in together since it was cheaper then staying in the dorms. It was also very close to the school we were going to.

I was lucky Mi and I got accepted into this school. He's in Architecture and I'm in Flim. Two different majors, but we'd still see each other, like in lunch. It was my first day here, since I did get accepted into a different school the first semester. I transferred over to this school last minute.

I looked at the big claw mark leading from my right nipple to where my V-line laid, the scar went from there to the middle of my back. Near the dimples that laid there. It's really prominent and big. It grew longer if that's even a possibility.

Since my skin stretched as I grew older, I was only 5 when I got attacked. About 14 years ago, gonna be 15 years soon..

I touched it and then ran a finger from my chest all the way down. I will NEVER EVER let someone see my body, ever again. I have scars littering my whole entire torso and back. Even my legs too. Most of them faded, but still visible. Especially the deeper ones like the one here.
