My Pokemon Adventure

First Pokemon

It's Monday morning, my mom isn't home, she must have went out for a walk or to Hugh's house.

Today is my 15th birthday and as a gift my mother is letting me start my Pokemon journey. Well as long as Hugh goes.

The front door closes, I'm sure it's mom. I jump out of bed and reach for some black shorts and my vest.

"Clara are you awake sweetheart?" My mom calls from the kitchen.

"Yeah I'm awake and ready to leave."

I walk to her, she's cooking breakfast for us. Pancakes with eggs and bacon. We eat and while mom talks about her time working at the Pokemon center.

"Oh crap I'm going to be late!" I look at my watch. "Bye mom love yah."

I dash out the door before she can say anything.

"Clara!"

I turn around after running to the Pokemon center. It's Hugh and his little sister.

"Hi Hugh! Hi Sarah!" I smile at them.

"I see your going to get your Pokemon huh?" Says Hugh.

"Yup I can't wait!"

"Just make sure you keep your Pokemon close to you, you never know what might happen." Says Sarah.

I look at her confused. "Don't worry I'll take are of all my Pokemon I promise."

She smiles and runs back to her house.

"Come on let's go get your Pokemon." Says Hugh.

*ring ring ring ring* I answer my xtransceiver.

"Hi mom."

"Hi dear." She says in anger. "You forgot something."

"Really what?"

"You forgot where to get your Pokemon."

"Oh sorry mom."

She sighs. "Look for a girl wearing green, she has short blonde hair and glasses. Talk to her for your Pokemon. Her name is Bianca."

"Alright thanks mom. Anything else?"

"No sweetie that's it." She hangs up.

"Alright Hugh let's go get my Pokemon."

"I don't see a girl by your mom's description anywhere." Says Hugh.

"Hmm oh! Maybe she's up there." I point to the stairs.

"Alright let's find out." Hugh starts pushing me up the stairs.

We get to the top and notice a girl, wearing all green looking at the distant mountains.

"Hello." I stand next to her.

"Hi~. Are you Clara?" She asks with a sweet voice.

"Yes I am."

"Great! I'm Bianca, I'm here to give you your first new Pokemon."

I smile at her. "I'm so excited."

"Here" she pulls out a large tube out of her bag. She pushes a button and the tube opens.

"What's inside it?" I ask watching the smoke clear out.

"Inside is Tepig, Snivy, and Oshawott. The fire, grass and water type Pokemon." She lets out all three Pokemon.

"Hmm I'll choose... Snivy."

"Excellent here is Snivy's pokeball. Take good care of it." Tepig and Oshawott return to their pokeballs.

"I promise."

"Hey Clara, now that you got your Pokemon, let's battle." Says Hugh.

"You have a Pokemon?" I ask.

"Yes it's Tepig. I raised him from an egg."

"Alright let's battle. Ready Snivy?"

"Snivy!" She says giving me a confident look.

"Go Tepig!" Says Hugh as he send out Tepig.

"(Snort) Tepig!" Says his Tepig.

This is going to be a great battle.
