I stood in front of a mirror as I held scissors in my hand.
"What do you think miss Hanji, is this short enough?" I asked moving my hand above my shoulders.
"I think it would look fabulous Karma, but it looks almost boyish? Is it intentional?"
I chuckled lightly.
"Yes indeed it is, you know, it's incredible how little information one needs to find someone, expecially someone different as me even someone as simple as my gender might be a giveaway. I simply hope to look neutral enough to not be too suspicious."
I snipped at the burnt chunks of hair as they slowly take form.

" So, what do you think miss?"
"Oooo it looks wonderful, I love it!"
I smiled a bit looking at the mirror feeling satisfied with the result.
"Miss Hanji could I ask one more favor please?"
"Of course, what do you need?" Hanji turned to me.
"I would like something to conceal my face, since the scars are very recognizable, I know it might just make me look more flashy but I'd really approciate it"
She smiled amd ran quickly to naother room coming back with a lot of bandages and a eyepatch.
"Here you can wear this on the scar you have on your eye and bandages on your arms, neck and anywhere you need, here you can even wear this bandaid on your cheek"
I put the accessories on and look back at the mirror feeling proud of the results.
"Miss Hanji, thank you a lot" I say softly.
I swear I almost saw her eyes shine as she looked proud too.
"Karma, you can leave out the 'miss' we're friends now, we've helped eachother and will continue to do so in the future as well"
"Then thank you... Hanji"

Y/N stood next to the other cadets as the instructor Shadis went around some of the recruits. To her left there was a short blonde girl with big blue eyes amd to her right a tall guy with freckles.
She zoned out as Shadis went over some recruits not bothering as, when she heard a crunching sound. Turning around she immediately spittee the culprit, a pretty girl with brown hair on a ponytail was eating a potato.
