Chapter two

About half way down the road, I plugged my earphones in, put them in my ears and put BarsAndMelody on repeat. Not even gonna lie, I was massively in love with Leondre and Charlie but I knew I would never meet them and even if I did, nothing good would come out of it. As I was walking down the path, almost outside the park, I heard a massive scream! I run to the park gates thinking someone was in trouble but no. Chloe ran towards me with something gold in her hand. "JOSIE OMG GUESS WHAT, YOUR NEVER GONNA BELIEVE WHAT!" She belted at me looking very excited. I asked her what had happened and she shoved a golden ticket in my face. It can't be, but it is! Chloe had won a golden ticket from Leo and Charlie's chocolate! At this point, we were both screaming at the top of our lungs and getting v odd looks from passers by. 'Finally' I thought to myself! We are finally going to meet our idols. I read the ticket and it gave us admission to any gig in 2015 for free AND their album launch party at the end of the year! Both of us knew that the next gigs close to us, wernt until November time, so we were gonna have to wait but we knew that it would be worth it.

Today was legit the best day in such a long time. Right so I need to let the news sink in. Me and my bestfriend were meeting Leo and Charlie and going to their party like what! I rushed up my driveway and nearly busted the door in, oops! "Mum! OMG you will never guess what happened today!?" I practically screamed in my mum's face. She asked what I was so hyped about, so I told her about the golden ticket, she looked so shocked. Before, she had said to me and Chloe that we would never get one but look now, we got one!

It all seemed so unreal so I decided I needed to go take a shower as I needed to cool off because I was so hot and get in my pyjamas, as it was getting late. When I had finished in the shower and was dressed, I went and got my phone out of my bag, went on my Twitter and tweeted to Leo and Charlie, '@barsandmelody I can't believe Chloe got a ticket and is taking me as her +1! Can't contain myself rn, Love you so much boys!'. I let out a happy sigh and put my phone down beside me.

"JOSIE! Tea is ready sweetheart, come on downstairs hunnie!" My mum shouted. I must of fallen asleep because the last time I remember seeing was 17:00, and it was now 19:00! I forced myself down the stairs and went and sat at the dinner table with my parents and brother. My dad and brother had just got back from my brothers football training, so I needed to tell them the news. As I told them the exciting news, all they said was "cool" so I assumed they wernt really interested. Everyone had finished tea, so I made my way back upstairs and decided to get an early night.

*Beep!*

My mobile vibrated and I saw a notification from BarsAndMelody on Twitter. I checked and they had favourited my tweet about the ticket AND replied. The reply said, "@josiedevries13 can't wait to see you and your friend there princess! We love you also~ Leo and Charlie xxx". Whilst I was reading it,I let out a tiny scream and then put my phone on my bedside table and went to sleep.
