Y/N's POV:
Ghirahim and I sat at our little dining table, enjoying the meal we had just finished cooking. It was usually pretty quiet during this time since we spoke about other things on our walks, or when we were working on stuff around the house. So I was surprised when Ghirahim began to talk. "So, what took you so long to get back to the house when you went and got water, you're usually back pretty quickly?" I pulled my fork away from my face and thought for a second 'Should I tell him about Link?' I decided against keeping a secret from Ghirahim, as it wasn't good to keep secrets from him. It went against our relationship. I cleared my throat and placed my fork down. "Well, remember how we saw Link, in the woods earlier?" Ghirahim nodded. "He made his way around to our stream. I wanted to get out of there once I saw him but didn't feel like spilling water on myself running back." Ghirahim huffed "So, he saw you and pulled you into talking to him, am I right?" I shrugged "Yeah, he didn't ask much though, just how we were doing, and said he wished we could work things out, but I highly doubt that since we all tried to kill each other." He chuckled and shook his head "I have to agree with you on that my love, I don't think I could deal with their nonsense. Thanks for telling me." I smiled, "I don't like keeping secrets, especially from you. I can't lose you to something as silly as that." "Lose me? What do you mean by that?" "You know like you don't want to be with me anymore, and you leave." Ghirahim got up and walked over to my chair. He pulled my chair to the side and leaned down to my face. "Do you think I would do that to you, dear?" I shrugged "I'm not sure. Being with you...It's the first time in a while since I've had a relationship, other than my parents, you were the first person I've ever met since they died. I...just don't want to mess anything up." Ghirahim sighed. He cupped my face with his hands and kissed my forehead. "I'm sorry love, but you aren't getting rid of me that easily. You have to do something terrible for me to be angry with you, and even then, I couldn't leave you, I love you far too much." My heart melted at Ghirahims words. I grabbed his hands and pulled them down, away from my face. I pulled him closer and gave him a peck on the lips. "I love you too, thank you Ghirahim." He smiled. "Of course. Now, we should finish eating before our food gets too cold." I giggled and nodded. Ghirahim slipped his hands from my grip and walked back over to his chair.
A few minutes later, we had finished our meal and I began feeling tired. I help Ghirahim clean things. Ghirahim glanced over at me and studied my face. "You look tired my dear, why don't go lay down and I'll finish up here." I shook my head a bit "I'm alright" I said, but then I let out a long yawn. Ghirahim chuckled and walked over to me, removing the bowl I was cleaning from my hands and then picking me up. "Really Ghirahim, I'm fine." Ghirahim began walking over to the bed. "Your face denies you. You are tired, I know. Please get some rest." He placed me down on the bed and I released a long sigh. "Fine, just make sure to water the garden. You know what, I'll just help you with that first." I began to get up but Ghirahim pushed me back down onto the bed. "No, you stay here and get some sleep. I'll go water it now. It will only take a little bit longer with you not there. And when I'm done, I'll join you, alright?" I sighed again but gave in. "Alright, you win." Ghirahim smiled and then teleported away. "Maybe he's right, I am tired." I got up and changed into something more comfortable. I then returned to the bed and laid my head down on the soft pillows. And very quickly, fell fast asleep.
Ghirahim's POV:
I teleported to the back of our home, where our small garden was. I picked the two buckets we use to water the garden. Usually (Y/N) and I walk to the stream together to grab the water, and we would talk on our way back and forth, but I'll just teleport tonight. Once I appeared by the stream I kneeled down, and filled the buckets. I filled one and placed it to the side and grabbed the other, while it was filling, I began hearing branches cracking in the woods on the other side of the stream. I placed my second bucket down and began watching the woods. I heard voices and crept into the darkness of a nearby tree. "Zelda! This is the stream!" Anger settled into my heart as I heard his voice. "Link, are you sure this is a good idea?" Zelda responded to Link. I tried calming myself. (Y/n) wished for there to be no more fighting, and I knew she would be furious if it happened so close to our house as well. I peeked around the tree and saw Link and Zelda. "What if they don't want to be bothered? Do you really want to make Ghirahim angry now? You know what he is capable of!" "I know that Zelda, but I wish to make things right. Demise used them both and (Y/N) had almost lost everything because of it. I want to repay them, thank them." "For what? Almost kill us?!" "For fighting with us! Ghirahim was no different from Fi. He was simply following his master, and (Y/n) was doing it for someone she loved. And when they were betrayed, they looked to destroy what they had made." Zelda fell silent. Link turned away from her, and began hopping across a few rocks to get to the other side of the stream. "If you wish to follow me, you can. But you can go home if you wish." Zelda thought for a moment but then hopped across the rocks as well. "I'm with you, Link." I groaned, and now I have to deal with both of them. I removed myself from my place behind the tree and teleported in front of them.
Link's POV:
Zelda joined me on the other side of the stream and I smiled. I grabbed her hand and began to head in the way I thought (Y/N) and Ghirahim's house might be, but before we took too many steps, Ghirahim appeared in front of us. I pushed Zelda behind me a bit and looked up at Ghirahim. He had his arms crossed with one hand pinching the bridge of his nose. "You two are very persistent." "We aren't here to cause trouble Ghirahim, we only wish to speak." He removed his hand from his face. "I understand that sky child, I heard you speaking." I lowed my defense a bit. "So, will you attack us?" He stared for a bit, thinking about his next move. It was one that definitely surprised me. "No, my first was to do so, but my love has changed my thoughts a bit on the matter." "(Y/n)? She told you about earlier?" Ghirahim nodded. "We don't like keeping secrets from one another. She thought that if she hadn't told me and I found out, I would leave her, for such a silly thing." "So your not mad that I snuck over here?" Ghirahim's face went dark. "Of course I am. But (Y/n) seems to wish for peace and I hear that you wish for that as well. If it wasn't for her, you would be dead where you stand." Chills were sent down my back. I knew what I was doing was dangerous but I wanted change, so I continued forward. "Well, may we talk to (Y/n) perhaps if she was here, we could solve things with no violence?" Ghirahim grinned. "She is currently sleeping and I don't wish to wake her, if you truly wish to speak to the both of us, you will have to come back in the morning." Zelda stepped from behind me and nodded toward Ghirahim. "That is all we want, a simple talk, to solve things." "Then return tomorrow, this very spot. If we do not show then (Y/n) didn't wish to speak with you and we will know the same if you two do not return." I nodded "Thank you, Ghirahim" He huffed and then teleported away. "Come, Link, we'll return in the morning. We should go get some sleep." Zelda grabbed my shoulder and pulled me back. "Alright, let's go."
Ghirahim's POV:
I went and grabbed my water buckets and then teleported back to the house. I watered the parts of the garden that needed water once again and then placed the buckets back in their spots. I then returned to the house. I looked over at the bed and saw (Y/N) passed out. I smiled and walked over to my side of the bed and changed my pants and removed my shirt and then slipped into bed. I guess (Y/n) wasn't as deep in sleep as I thought she would be, since she wrapped her arms around me and pulled herself closer to me. "I thought you were just joking when you said it would take longer without me?" She said sleepily. I chuckled and pulled her to my chest "I had some problems with the water." She laughed a bit. "Alright. How do you sleep shirtless? It's so cold." "It's because you warm my heart so much my love, now please get some rest." She pushed her head in my neck more and then drifted to sleep and I soon followed suit.
