I stayed in the hospital last night. I don't want to leave Mitchell by himself. I still don't know what's wrong. I should know, but I don't.
Sean went home this morning, after they told us that he was going to be fine. They want to keep him in the hospital, just to monitor him, but they said he should be out in time for the PAX meetup. That's something for him to look forward to I suppose.
Whilst Mitchell was with me by himself, I decided to ask him what was wrong why he was doing this to himself, and if it was.;t why, then who?
So I asked him, "Why, why are you doing this to yourself?" He ignored me and rolled over to face the wall.
"I know something is wrong, so don't hide it from me. Tell me, why."
He answered, "It's you...."
I was about to say something, then he spoke again,
"and Sean. You and Sean being together, it hurts me to see you with him, because I know what's going to happen."
I was shocked. We had been doing this to him, we had been causing him all this pain and suffering, so I asked,
"What's going to happen?"
Mitchell replied, "Sean's girlfriend left him because he abused her, she wouldn't do as he said, so he would abuse her, throw things at her, punch her, and it all got too much, so she left, all this 'good terms' stuff is rubbish. She ran off because he abused her, and I don't want to see the same things happen to you."
I started crying, if only I knew what this had been doing to him.
