Keira came with Lucy so I sat in the back while Mary went in Leah's. The car ride was awkwardly silent. When we got back to the there room Lucy and Keira where snuggled up on the sofa. I was on the other one messaging my friend from football . The messages made me smile. Lucy asked 'who u talking to?Is there and boys we should know about .' I gave her the death stare. 'No and anyway why would it be a boy.' Oh so you like girls . Well now I don't have to talk to you about protection.' She replied.I told her 'Have you heard about the subject biology yeah? Well I don't need you being biology 2.0' she laughed 'just saying'. Keira was just listening to our conversation. She was trying not to laugh at us to. I looked at her and told her. 'This is my mum the biology teacher and interrogator of the year.' Keira chuckled at this and I just grinned.
I said to both of them, 'I mean I just got here and the first thing we are talking about is my love life and protection I mean come on what away to introduce yourself.'they both started laughing.
After a few minutes Lucy said if I wanted to go down and meet the other as it was dinner everyone would be there. She said they all new about me. I said ok and I put the hud of my hoodie up . I held Lucy's hand the hole way.When we got to the door of the canteen 'Keira Walsh,Lucy bronze,Ava...Bronze'. She just smiled and let us in . When we stepped foot into the room all eyes where on me .I just wanted to go and hide is a corner but I knew I couldn't. We sat a table of Beth Mead,Leah Williamson,Georgia Stanway and Mary Earps.
When I sat down I just stared at the strings on my hoodie trying not to make eye contact .When Lucy got back she brought me some food and once I had finished Beth asked me if I played football I nodded and said I am the captain. She looked impressed.
After dinner the girls brought me out to the pitch. We did penalties with Mary in goal I was the first one and I hit it straight down the middle and it rippled the back of the net.
Once everyone was done me and Lucy went back up to the room while Keira stayed with the others . Lucy sat me down and asked me 'Do your foster parents hurt u I saw the bruises and cuts on your legs' . I nodded and felt tears flowing down my face .Lucy gave me a hug and asked if there where more bruises anywhere else. I nodded . I felt safe with Lucy and she didn't seem to judge me so I took of my hoodie and revealed loads more bruises . I could see Lucy and she was to stunned to speak. I put my hoodie back on .
I sat down next to her and asked her 'who's my dad?'Her face turned pale white.I obviously brung up a sensitive subject . 'I'm sorry'. She hugged me and told me that I was a picture of my dad and that as soon as she saw me she new who I was. She showed me a picture of him.

He died when you where a couple months old and I couldn't keep you because I didn't have the right funding to keep you. 'How did he die?' She replied with 'he went to a party and got drunk and when he was walking back he fell on the road and a car hit him.'I turned to her and cried on her shoulder angry at him for why he had to get drunk and not being careful.
After I said goodbye to everyone and Lucy took me back to Tia's place. I gave her a hug and she gave me her number to contact her with . She said that she wasn't going to stop fighting for me.
