──𝙄𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 ──"Come away, oh, human child"
Waves crashed harshly against the snail infested rocks that surrounded the walk--on beach of the town's lighthouse. It's light pierced through the unusually crystally waters, making them glow a contempt gold.
"To the waters and the wild with a fairy, hand in hand"
The rough ocean washed away the light as quickly as it had come, retreating back into its cacoon of sets, allowing the light to appear for a split second before repeating the process.
"For the world's more full of weeping"
Foam ran through the surrounding seas, fizzling out onto the pink and blue shells that pined against the gabbro.
"Than you can understand."
Seals drifted under the rough yet silky seas, looking up to watch a beautiful woman who sat on a middle--rock, the womans had a silky coat covering her body, it flowed behind her like a dress.
Brush bristles connected to her fair skin, adding miniscule refinements to her cheeks, eyes, and so on.
The bristles were pulled away by a young blonde boy, who turned to face a beautiful woman next to him. His mother.
"Can you do it with me, Ben?"
She was, of course, referring to the song she was humming.
"Okay!" he paused for a moment, recollecting in the memory of his mother's voice, recounting her vocals as if they were steps. A small puppy just barely distracting him.
"Idir ann... is idir.. as.. --"
He paused again, the lyrics fleeting from his mind.
"I-- I forget"
His mother's smile made him giggle, she took his small hands into her warm ones and softly sung the Celtic melody.
"Idir thuaidh is idir theas~"
"Idir thuaidh... is..idir theas!"
"There you go.."
The arched door opened behind them, a stocky man leaned against the frame. His burly hands knocked on the wall to get his wife's attention. The small dog trotted to the man.
