the yokai bus incident

3rd person pov

Christine was sitting next to kana on the bus and she felt something in her bag move "hm" she hummed and saw enga "wha...enga" she said

"I thought you left enga at home Christy chan" kana said "I did I just didn't think he would sneak into my bag without me looking" she said

"Master their coming" Christine heard enga talk her face froze in shock "don't be shocked right now those evil yokai are in the tunnel" he said

Next thing she knew the bus crashed and the tunnel caved in and it revealed some very hungry yokai

Meanwhile with rikuo...

Rikuo's pov

"Hey karasu tengu" I said "yes young master rikuo" he said "I'm human right" I said "well its true both your mother and grandmother are human" Karasu tengu said

"I knew it" I said "but you also have a quarter of yokai blood in you" karasu tengu said "that much huh" I said sadly "is something wrong master rikuo" Karasu tengu said I shook my head

We arrived home only for the others to be in a panic "master rikuo your here" yuki-onna said "what is it why are you guys freaking out" I said

"The tv" yuki-onna said I looked at the TV and I gasped in shock the bus that I usually took to go to school was caved in to a tunnel

"I'll bet it's gagoze's doing" aotabo said "we have to save them aotabo, yuki-onna" I said "yes master" they said "wait right there" mokugyo daruma said

"A human can't lead yokai what would be said about our clan it would be a disgrace" mokugyo daruma said aotabo grabbed him

"Hey now that's going a bit too far don't you think" aotabo said then they started to argue and my blood started to boil "silence" I said as a cloud of smoke formed around me

"If a human can't lead the night parade of a hundred demons then...I'll quit being human" I said as I changed into my night form

"My blood is hot" I said "that's your yokai blood" kurotabo said "yokai blood" I said "you awakened it and since your a yokai you can lead us" aotabo said we went on ahead

Christine's pov

The bus was crowded by yokai 'damn it am I really going to die so easily' I thought to myself as the yokai walked closer then there was a crash

The night parade of a hundred demons are here including rikuo in his night form they attacked the evil yokai and I saw rikuo as my face blushed at his attractive face

He stole a glance at me and his eyes widened slightly what why is he so surprised to see me here

"I'll just kill them myself" gagoze said and lunged at us then rikuo cut his face "agh no how can this be how can I be beaten by a child" gagoze said

"A yokai eating children that is pretty scary but to illicit true fear is a goal of any yokai but I won't let you eat these kids on my turf" night rikuo said

He then cut gagoze in half then swung the blood off of his blade his eyes locked onto mine before he passed out thankfully the other yokai had covered him so the other kids couldn't see him in his human form

At home...

Mom and dad were freaking out they were literally shaking me asking if me and kana were OK "we're OK we made it out alive calm down" I said

"Goodness gracious you both are ok right" mom said "yes we're OK mom calm down" I said after that we had dinner

"Hey Christine would you like me to make you something different" mom asked "no I'm ok I'm not a picky eater I'll eat anything you put in front of me" I said

"Ok I made some tempura shrimp with stir fry and vegetables" she said I started eating and of course the food was quite delicious

I hope rikuo is ok hopefully Nothing bad will occur while I'm here I think I might change the plot a bit just to make a few changes that's all

Later...

I was dressed in a nightgown and was laying on the second bed that they had put in mine and kana's room since we we're sharing the bedroom

I sighed as I looked at the night sky "hey whats got you so distracted" enga said "I can't believe I have a pet chinchilla that I didn't know could talk" I said

"Hey don't feel bad because you didn't know I would have told you eventually but your parents just told me to watch over you" he said

"Wait..." I said looking at Enga "are you telling me you know who my actual parents are why didn't you say anything if that's the case" I said

"I'm not at liberty to say their names mistress they swore me to secrecy" he said "well your no help at all" I said annoyed

"Oh no mistress don't be like that I was only supposed to watch and look out for you until there's an eminent threat I will protect you" he said

I looked at him with an unreadable expression "your a chinchilla" I said "so..." he said as if it wasn't a big deal "how are you supposed to protect me with that small body of yours" I said

"This Isn't my real form you know you'll see I'll reveal my true form to you soon enough" he said I layed back down on my bed "whatever you say" I said

"Hey Christy chan you can take a bath if you want" kana said "that would be lovely" I said as I quickly took a bath

I came back and changed into my pajamas leaning against my pillow looking out the window seeing the moon and stars I slowly fell into a deep slumber
