Chapter Seven

Vanessa's point of view.

We all stood as Bella was heading toward us. Carlisle was holding Clair and one arm wrapped around my waist. "You look beautiful Bella," Alice said, "welcome to the family Bella," Esme said.

She nudged and smiled. "Someone's been waiting to meet you," Carlisle said, "Rose," Edward said and Rose turned around and smiled seeing Bella look at Renesmee. Rose gave Reneesmee to Bella. Jacob already nicknamed her Nessie. Nessie put her hand on Bella's cheek and showed her I guess memories. "Wow, what was that?" Bella said.

Edward told her everything and Bella and Jake ended up fighting. I didn't go outside because I was holding Clair and I didn't want Clair to see that. I was sitting next to Rose and Nessie. I gave Clair her blanket and she held onto it and tried to eat it babbling. "Ms. girl why are you eating your blanket," I said in a whisper and smiled. "Maybe she's teething Reneesmee is too," Rose said chuckling. Her pacifier was for her teething so I took out the blanket and replaced it with the pacifier. I rocked Clair and she was falling asleep.

Rose had to go hunting and so she gave Reneesmee to Bella. Leah came over and we used to be the best of friends we talked that one time when Sam tried to kill us we would talk most of the time. She said she can watch Clair. I gave Clair to Leah and she smiled. "She's so adorable," Leah said smiling. I nodded and smiled Leah sat down and Carlisle came in and held out his hand. I took his hand and smiled. "We're going to take longer because I want to ask you something," Carlisle said.

"Okay," I said chuckling. "What will that question be?" I said, "can't tell you yet," Carlisle said and smiled he seemed nervous. "Okay," I said, and me and Carlisle exit and went to go feed.

After we fed he told me to follow him and there were a nice few at the stars and moon there's a blanket with light and two pillows. I smiled looking at it and I felt Carlisle look at me. "It's very beautiful," I said and smiled.

Alice had a vision of Carlisle purposing and saw their wedding and what it looked like Alice smiled after showing Bella her new home for she and Edward and Nessie can have family time.

Anyways, Carlisle and I sat down. After a few minutes of talking. Which was about the stars and our future, Carlisle stood up. "Can you stand up for me just real quick," Carlisle said holding out his hand. I took his hand and stood up. "Is this the question?" I said and he smiled and nodded. He grabbed something out of his pocket and kneeled. I smiled wider than I have in my whole life. I saw a beautiful ring.

"Vanessa swan, will you do me the extraordinary favor and make me the happiest man alive will you marry me, Vanessa Swan?" Carlisle said. I felt tears building up and nodded, "yes," I said shyly. Carlisle chuckled with happiness and smiled putting the ring on after he stood up wrapped his arms around my waist hugging me picking me up in the hug I wrapped my legs around his waist and hugged him back.

We broke the hug but he was still holding me. We kissed and he let my legs unwrap and we broke the kiss. "I love you," I said saying it first before him finally, "I love you too Ms.Cullen," Carlisle said smiling happily and I smiled back happily. We kissed again.

Cullen house

Once I and Carlisle got back everyone said congratulations. They gave us hugs and Bella and Edward were at their new house so I don't think they know. Anyways I saw Clair in her crib she was playing with her toys. She saw me and smiled. "Hey little one," I said and picked up a teddy bear that was on the floor. I gave her the teddy bear and she kissed it giggling. I felt someone entering the room.

I looked behind me to see Carlisle. He came up to the crib and Clair gave him a toy. "Oh thank you," Carlisle said accepting the toy.

Time skips

Rose took Clair and so I had Saturday and Sunday until I have to go back so I got a bag and put some clothes into it. I saw Carlisle entering the bedroom. my graduation things in the bag and I had kept my guitar in my college dorm which I have to clean up when I get there.

I closed the bag after putting outfits in the bag. I felt my arms wrap around my waist. "Do you have to leave for a whole week," Carlisle said mumbling into my neck. "Yes," I said and giggled he kissed my neck two to three times.

I turned around facing him and kissed him he kissed back. I wrapped my arms around his neck.  After the kiss. "I'll see ya Sunday by the way," I said and smiled. "True," Carlisle said and I chuckled shaking my head. "But that's still too long especially when you're waiting," Carlisle said. "Yeah, that is true too. Do you want to come with me and I can say you are a college student. I can get you a fake ID," I said. "Sure," Carlisle said and analyzed me smiling. I chuckled.

Time skips:

After a few and it was later on I showered and changed, we had all already gone hunting and so I went to the living room to see Carlisle sitting with Clair.

They were watching Emmet and Jasper play some games. I sat next to Carlisle and Clair.

Carlisle wrapped his arm around me and I smiled and then looked at Clair. Clair waved and I waved back. I put my hand up for a high five and she high-fives me and smiled.
