TW: Mentions of bad version of agere(barely)
Age regression, or agere, is a state of mind where someone regresses to the mental state of a child.
This is not to be confused with Age Play, which is NSFW and a k1nk. I do not support Age Play, go away if you participate in that.
Anyways, back to what I was saying. Littles(people who regress), normally regress 0-7 but can regress higher(even up to 16). My typical age range for agere is 3-7. If a little was currently 1, they would most likely want/need diapers, and bottles, and normally wouldn't speak much(if they did, typically would be babbling). A 7-year-old little would most likely go to the bathroom on the 'big kid' toilet, like 'big kid' cups with 'kiddish' designs on them, and they would be more talkative.
This book is just to help people who think they might be a little, someone whose friend/partner recently said they were a little, or people just curious.
