It was a week after the incident. Nothing had happened since, and all of the craze surrounding the rumours had died down. Miguel and Tatum were as close as ever, and everyone seemed to be happy.

The group had decided to go to the drive in cinema, where they were playing 'Grease'. They'd decorated the area to look like the 1950s, and all of the food was served by waitresses on roller skates, like in retro diners.

"This is so sick," Brady said, accepting popcorn from one of the waitresses.

"Shut up, this is my favourite part," Tristan said, hitting Brady on the arm. Tatum laughed, watching the part where Sandy makes her comeback, dressed in biker clothes.

"Same," Miguel said, "Sandy looks hot." Tatum glared. "It's a film, Tay."

"I know, I'm kidding. Plus, you're totally right. A total babe," Tatum said.

"Exactly."

They sat in silence watching the next few minutes of the movie, until the credits came up. "Brady, why did you get popcorn during the last ten minutes of the movie?" Becca asked.

Brady looked down at his almost full bag of popcorn, "Oops."

"It's fine, we should stay for a bit and watch the sunset. That's what other people are doing," Maddy said.

Everyone nodded, it seemed like a cute idea. They'd gotten out of the cars halfway through the movie because they couldn't get comfortable, so they were now sat on the floor with blankets and pillows.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom," Miguel said, getting up and headed towards the bathroom. Tatum noticed another girl get up and head to the bathroom, too, but thought nothing of it at the time.

"So, how's it been this week? Has everything died down?" Mason asked Tatum.

"Yeah, everything's okay now. I still get the odd message here and there, but it'll go away eventually," Tatum said.

"And you and Miguel?" Maddy asked.

Tatum smiled widely, and Tristan smirked. "They said the L word," Tristan said.

"Oh my God, Tatum! Who said it first?" Becca exclaimed, almost jumping ten feet into the air. Tatum didn't think she's ever seen her so excited.

"Him," Tatum replied, turning back to look at the bathroom, where Miguel was coming out. He began walking over to the group, before being stopped by the girl from earlier. "Does anyone know who that is?" Tatum asked the group.

"Probably a fan," Mason said.

"Ugh, I hate that my boyfriend's famous."

"It's so cute hearing you say that word."

"Shut up, Mason. This is serious. She's not getting a selfie, or an autograph. Why is she laughing and twirling her hair? I'm going over."

"Tatum, don't go into overprotective girlfriend mode," Brady said, but Tatum was already gone.

"Hey, babe," Tatum said, approaching Miguel and the girl. Miguel gave her a weird look. He knew she hated the word babe. "Who's this?"

"I'm Jenna," the girl introduced herself. "I was just getting this hotties number."

"Oh. As in, he agreed to give you it?"

"I mean, I asked and he started to pull his phone out of his pocket."

"Oh, really?" Tatum turned to Miguel with a mixture of hurt and anger on her face.

"Tay, that's not what-" Miguel began.

"No, it's fine. Give her your number. I mean, I won't be mad at her. It's not like she knew."

"Knew what?" The girl asked.

"That I'm his girlfriend."

"Oh? Well, I mean, he was about to give me his number so... I guess he doesn't want you. Sorry, babe."

Tatum scoffed at the girl, walking away from her and Miguel. She felt like yelling at the girl, slapping her, and Miguel. Maybe Miguel hadn't really believed Tatum when she said her and Noah weren't a thing, and this was his way of getting back at her.

"Woah, woah, woah. What the hell happened, Tay?" Tristan asked, seeing his best friend return visibly upset, almost on the verge of tears.

"That bitch asked for his number and he started pulling out his fucking phone. I can't believe I believed him when he said-"

"Tatum. I texted him. That's why he was pulling out his phone," Brady said.

"You don't know that."

"I do. I was looking at him, he took his phone out as soon as I texted him. I promise you. Ask him, and if he mentioned the text, then he's not lying."

"Well how am I meant to ask him now? He's gone. Wait. Shit. He's gone."

Without saying anything else, Tatum stood up and walked quickly towards the entrance, running around the corner once she made it out the gate. She searched for about ten minutes for Miguel, the sun began to set, and she finally found him.

"Why didn't you let me explain? I let you explain and-" Miguel began as he saw Tatum walking over.

"Shut up. You left me for three days. I left you for like, two minutes. I just spent ten minutes looking for you."

"You're right, sorry, that was dramatic. But seriously, let me explain. Brady texted me about you walking over, some joke about you being protective."

"I'm sorry. I overreacted. I guess I've just been paranoid since last week, about you leaving me. I thought this was some sort of payback. I should be so protective."

"I like that you're protective, Tay. It shows that you care. Plus, it's kinda hot. But you don't need to worry about anything. I'm not leaving you. Not now and not ever. No more drama, okay?"

"Right. No more drama."

Miguel and Tatum decided to watch the sunset alone, before making their way back to their friends and being driven home. Tatum's mom still wasn't home, but she liked being in a quiet house. She had room to think.

That night, Tatum slept soundly. She'd been paranoid about Miguel leaving her, but she'd seen that he had the opportunity and did act on it. Their drama really was behind them.
