"Oh look at the time! I have to go," I said nervously.

I have curfew at 10:30 and I have home work I giggle even more nervously!

I ran back home and jumped in bed! I put my ear phones in my ear and listened to Lana del Ray for hours till I fell asleep!

Next Morning...

I woke up with a pounding headache and puffy eyes!

'Great, just great' I said to myself.

I jumped in the shower. When I got out, I picked out my clothes; dark blue and white striped dress with black converse. I curled the ends of my hair,pulled it back into a ponytail, put a little bit of mascara and bright pink lipstick!

When I finished I grabbed my purse and ran downstairs!

"Good morning honey," my mother said!

"Morning mom," I told her.

I grabbed a muffin and drove to school.

As I pulled into the parking lot, I saw Cecilia and Owen sitting on a car I assume was Owens. I tried avoiding them and walked as fast as I can to the front door of our school!

Owen ran up to me and said "heyyyyy, what's up."

"Oh, hey I didn't even see ya," I tried saying casually.

I felt my face burning up and I started sweating.

"Hey are you alright," Owen asked?

"Ohhhhh," I scoff
"I'm totally fine, don't worry about me, anyways where's Cecilia," I asked?

"Shes probably just watching us like a hawk. She's been very jealous lately and I have been wondering about breaking up with her." Owens said!

Weirdly, I'm kind of happy about that I think to myself!

I snap out of though " Well anyways I have to get going, but we should definitely talk later. How about coffee after school?" I ask Owen!

He has a questionable expression at first but after thinking about it he seems to like the idea!

"Sure, I'd love that," he says!

"Great," I say.

I turn and walk away more confident than ever! This is my chance and its all I want!
