(Y/n's pov)
"Ehh I'm over this town!!" I said turning off the TV off pouring my cereal and shaking my head, like we need this happening again on the anniversary of Britney White.......

"Y/n! You never know who's next? Who this guy is? For all we know it could be one of your friends!" My mum said picking up her lunch for work, kissing me on the head and leaving the house

I roll my eyes and look through my phone and of course everyone is saying how much they miss Britney and her murder will never be unseen, of course they are eating up on this because Britney's killer is still out there

*beep beep*

I grab my bag and lock my door walk to my best friends car

"Come on, we are gonna be late on the first day back!" Gabbey said poking her head out the window

"Alright! Alright damn! I'm coming" I get into the car and we go to school

-At school-

Me and Gabbey get out of the car and so many news reports were everywhere, tape was on the trees and students were in groups talking out the front of the school

"Guys!! Did you hear?" Emily said  running over nearly out of breath

"Let me guess! Someone decided to break into school?" Gabbey said being sarcastic which made me laugh

"No! Bitch someone was brutally killed in school!!!!" Emily sounding really scared and worried

"Em everything will be——" I was cut off with Kristian scaring Gabbey which made her scream

"Hahahah sorry! I couldn't help myself" Kristian said laughing hard I shake my head and turn back to Emily

"Yo Y/n! Did everyone hear?" Thomas said coming over with all the boys

"Yes and I'm sick of talking about it!" I said pushing everyone out of the way and walking to the front of the school

I do love my friends but Gabbey is the popular one and I'm literally the loner that gets left out of things or I just don't wanna join

"Y/n wait up!" Gabbey said running up behind me I turn for a quick second and turn back around and started to walk again, with a lot on my mind

When I bump into a tall figure which made him drop all of his books

"Oh my god! I'm so sorry" I said helping him pick up the books

"Oh it's okay, it happens" the voice replies back, sounds deep and mysterious

I look up and it's this dark hair boy, with ocean blue eyes

"Hello? Your on my cemetery book!" He said smiling which made me feel something

"Sss- Sorry I'm literally in my own world" I said playing it cool before standing up and Gabbey was right beside us looking at both of us

"Oh you must be the new kid right?" Gabbey said sticking out her hand which he took and nodded his head

"Yeah, Jacob! Nice to meet you........?" He said flashing his pearly whites again

"Well nice to meet you Jacob, I'm Gabbey and this is Y/n" Gabbey said pointing to me, I had my eyes on him all the way they were talking, could say I was hypnotised by him, he was tall and how his hair falls in his face perfectly

"Y/n! Y/n!" Gabbey whispering/yelling out my name to reply something

"Oh sorry! Yeah hi nice to meet you!" I said sticking out my hand which he smiled wider and shook my hand making eye contact with me
