it was 11pm, almost 12am. you were chilling in your room and suddenly, your best friend, eric sent a message.

you got out of bed and didn't bother to change.
you went out and saw eric in front of his car. you walk towards him, "let's go?" you say. he nods and smile. you both got in the car and he starts driving.
you guys start blasting music and sang along. you guys made it to a mcdonalds and start ordering food at the drive thru. he parks the car and you guys start eating.
eric notices that you were shivering, so he put his food down and took his hoodie off and handed it to you. "here, wear it." he speaks. "what- why?" you respond. "you're literally shivering. why did you not bring a hoodie with you." he said. "i thought it won't be cold." you say. "just take the hoodie." he says. "thank you." you took the hoodie and wore it.
you look at him and chuckled while he continues to eat.
you guys had long conversations and it started to get pretty late. he decides to start driving you back home.
he got you back home safely. "thanks for the food and driving me back home safely." you smile. "it's no problem, i enjoyed todays drive." he smiles back. "what about your hoodie." you point. "just keep it." he chuckles, "i'll walk with you to your house since it's late." he says.
you both got out of the car and eric walks with you. you guys hugged and said your goodbyes. "text me when you get home ric." you say. "yup, i will!" he says. "drive safely." you say, he nods.
you watch him walk to his car and drive pass your house to make sure he's safe. you close your door and went straight to your bedroom.
