9.Endless

Zee POV

My phone buzzed in my back pocket.

Lately i had been receiving more work and i feared that it would interfere with my free time more than usual. Getting to talk to Nunew about my feelings made me feel more secure on where we stood but i hoped that it would stay that way.

Taking my phone out the text message was not from who i was expecting.

-Hey can we meet up?

Nunew's POV

The next few days passed by in a blur, it appeared I was busy every day.
Wake up, get ready, work, promotions, interviews, fan service, late dinner, sleep. It continued like this for awhile, my schedule was so packed I would have to schedule in an appointment to complain.
It didn't help my mood that Hia was just as busy with his solo events and I hated to admit it but I felt so lonely without him.

"cheer up jelly." Nat nudged my side," You're frowning again."

i rubbed my temple," Sorry, i've just felt so tired lately."

Nat gave me a knowing pat on the back,"After this we might be free for a little while, hang on just a little longer."

All i've been doing is hanging on. Hia visiting me had given me at least a twig of hope, that all this wait would be worth it in the end. That my uncertainty was just my mind playing tricks on me and everything was going to be okay .

"Thank you everyone for all your work!" the host called out.

I snapped out of my trance,"eh?" i said to no one in particular.

Tutor who was to the left of me flicked my forehead and i pretended to have been wounded.

"Ui! Sorry New! don't tell Hia. Are you alright?" He said panicked but i could only laugh.

"Yes i think i might need to go to the hospital." I exaggerated making him roll his eyes.

He rubbed the area he flicked," There, now you can't hold me accountable you just looked so distracted" he commented.

"I was just thinking." i said.

He gave me a concerned look,"You've been like this all day, is everything alright?"

Truth is, Last night i logged onto twitter  ready to ask zonzons for help with homework when i noticed they had already been tagging me on a particular post. Curious, and looking for a reason not to do my homework , i clicked the tag. It was Hia at his solo event smiling and laughing, It would have warmed my heart if it weren't for the fact that the female host just loved physical contact. As soon as i saw the female host next to him be a little too touchy  and Hia giving her one of his charming smiles i couldn't handle it and closed the app . . . .and threw my phone . This little outburst led to me feeling guilty because here i was upset over a complete stranger when Hia was out here trying to be the best version of himself for me.

But i wasn't going to tell Tutor all of this so i decided with,

"Yea! Everything is great." i smiled hoping that it looked convincing.

I can't be overthinking right now, i might age faster with all this stress.

He searched my face for any signs of lying but when he couldn't find any he pat my back,"Well i'm happy for you, you can still feel free to tell me anything that bothers you okay?"

"Thank you tutor i appreciate that." I replied

Suddenly there was a commotion in the other room, Tutor and I gave each other a confused look before gathering our things and heading over.
