Day 3 | Hide and Seek (Pt. 1: The Seekers)

Setting / Location: [REDACTED]

*Vega would lick the blood of his fingers and set his assault rifle on the table.*

*They all backed away in fear, as Vega slowly turned around to them with a bloodthirsty glint in his eyes.*

Run.

And so they did just that! They scattered all over the place, and they found hiding spots around the large room.

*Vega walked over to his brothers, and signalled them to come over.*

Aldebaran: What's up, Vega?

Vega: I asked our little "friends" If they wanted to play Hide and Seek. Do you guys want to play...?

*Aldebaran nodded, he knew he would later devour whoever he finds.*

*Procyon and Deneb nodded too.*

Vega: Good...Good.

Vega: Let us start.

*The four started to walk around the cellar, and looking under and behind the stuff in the room.*

*Pinkii was with his friend Elijah, when all of a sudden, a huge hand grabbed him.*

*Elijah stopped his desperate cries, Aldebaran stared him down.*

Aldebaran: Your time is up, little one.

Aldebaran: You know what happens now...

*Aldebaran would chuckle, and tighten his grip around Elijah.*

Elijah, In head: ~° Looks like my time is up...Goodbye, Ukraine.°~

*Elijah helplessly looked deep into the toothed chasm that is his captor's hungry maw.*

*Pinkii quickly scrambled away quickly, overcome by guilt as he hears his friend getting devoured with screams of suffering.*

*Pinkii found a new hiding place, later hearing the bones of his friend clatter onto the floor.*

Pinkii, In head: Why the hell I didn't save him from that Russian?! THOSE ANIMALS!

*Pinkii heard Fomalhaut scrambling right next to him.*

Pinkii: They almost found you, huh?

Fomalhaut: Shhhhh~ Be quiet.

*Pinkii and Fomalhaut would hug each other, wishing they'd make it.*

Altair's other friends weren't that fortunate. One by one, they were all devoured by the four "Seekers".

*Only Pinkii, Fomalhaut and Rachel remained.*

*They were deep under a counter, the best spot of all.*

Deneb: There's three more!

Vega: Hm...I wonder where they went...

*The three would start to panic, as the soldier's thundering footsteps shook the counter and they saw his leather boots.*

Vega: Come out, come out; Wherever you are....

*Pinkii turned to everyone else.*

Pinkii: It's not safe anymore. We have to leave.

Fomalhaut: I wouldn't do that if I were you...They got a strong sense of smell.. They got good hearing too.

Pinkii: Well, If you want to live, we have to take risks! It'll be a while before those Russians find out where we are.

Vega: Are you under....

Pinkii: Follow me, quickly!

Fomalhaut: Well, alright..

*The three scamper under the table.*

Vega: Here?

*He'd see no one under the counter.*

Vega: Damn it! Those little ones are smart hiders!

*Vega remembered he's got a good sense of smell, so he hungrily sniffed the air.*

*The ran to outside of the cellar without being caught.*

Rachel: Sweet Ukraine at last!

*Their joy would be short lived though, because they heard the thundering footsteps again.*

*They looked up and saw Vega, Aldebaran and Deneb.*

Aldebaran: Did you really think we'd let our snacks escape?

Vega: Prepare to have your bodies crushed...

*Aldebaran's eyes would shimmer purple, he reached down to Rachel.*
