One For All:
A stockpiling quirk that was given to the first user which merged with the quirk he already had as his brother the now nemesis of the quirk's users had not realized he had such quirk

One For All is the transferable Quirk that is possessed by its ninth and current host, Izuku Midoriya.

In the past, it was originally used by Yoichi Shigaraki, and later, its other previous hosts: two unnamed users, Hikage Shinomori, Daigoro Banjo, En, Nana Shimura, and Toshinori Yagi.

The origin of One For All is itself a powerful will that refused to submit to All For One. For this reason, One For All cannot be stolen by any means. In order for the Quirk to be transferred, the current owner must freely choose to transfer it. However, it can be forcibly given, as the recipient doesn't have to agree to anything. Since One For All can't be forcibly taken, it is one of the only Quirks that can be used in combat against All For One, as any user of All For One would simply be able to steal most other Quirks.

One For All also allows the user to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing them to significantly enhance all of their physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, agility, and durability.

One For All Sub-Quirks:

Memory Alteration: The Quirk of the second user. (Made up since it doesnt exist yet) The User can alter one memory and depending on how he alters it will affect everyone in the memory, and will affect the entire memory from there on out. (E.G. Deku alters Bakugo's memory where he said he was quirkless and changed it to where he said he had a strength quirk the entire time everyone who was in that memory will have their memories changed too, and all proceeding memories are changed as well.)

Fa Jin: The Quirk of the third user. This Quirk allows Izuku to build up and store kinetic energy as he moves. He can later release this stored energy as an explosive burst of speed and power.

Danger Sense: The Quirk of the fourth user, Hikage Shinomori. This Quirk allows Izuku to detect threats in the surrounding area. Due to the amplification of One For All, the detection causes a stabbing sensation in his head and it takes a toll on his body.

Blackwhip: The Quirk of the fifth user, Daigoro Banjo. This Quirk allows Izuku to generate tendrils of black energy from his body that are good for grappling. It is useful for grabbing things from long distances, as well as increasing Izuku's mobility.

Smokescreen: The Quirk of the sixth user, En. This Quirk allows Izuku to generate a thick cloud of smoke. This smoke can cover a very wide area and obscure peoples' vision.

Float: The Quirk of the seventh user, Nana Shimura. This Quirk allows Izuku to suspend himself in mid-air

MultiVerse: The User travels Dimensions at will, and will travel to the nearest version of the User, No damage is done to other Dimensions, Interaction with other self will not affect any Universes or Users, Time Travel is possible, but not in current Universe, User must decide what time and date to arrive at in the next Universe or he will end up in the same time he has left, he cannot change the time in his Home Universe, When changing time in said universe, the user will stay the same age.
