Kohga wasn't the one to skip meals or even skip naps but lately that's all he's been doing. He couldn't sleep. He was too busy worrying for himself, Sooga and everyone. After all, the big battle was coming up. What should he do? What Could he do? He paced back and forth busy in his thoughts. Too busy to notice Sooga walking into his room.
"Master Kohga, are you feeling ok?" Sooga said as he closed the door behind him. "The others informed me you have not eaten or slept at all in the past few days." Kohga sighed and walked over to his bed and sat down. "In all honesty I'm not sure if I'm ok." Kohga shakily said as he hugged himself. "What ails you master?" Sooga said as he sat beside Kohga waiting patiently for a response.
"How am I supposed to do this Sooga? We're battling the Champions soon and I don't know if I can do it. What if we lose more clan members?" Kohga was in tears. It pains Sooga to see his Master like this in fact this was the FIRST time he saw his master like this. Before Sooga got to speak, Kohga continued.
"I just don't know if I can do this! I'm scared Sooga-" Kohga stopped talking as Sooga grabbed him and hugged him. "Master, I did not know you harbored such doubts but let me tell you that we will always be together. NO ONE can change that and you are the most amazing, strong and beautiful Leader I've been honored to protect. I can't say that we won't lose anymore members but I will always be here for you." Sooga said as Kohga cried on his shoulder.
Sooga laid them down on the bed and held Kohga close to his chest as he waited for Kohga to calm down. Once calm Kohga looked up at Sooga and clinked their masks together and settled on Sooga's chest. "Stay here tonight. I don't wanna be alone tonight." Kohga said as he began to fall asleep. "Of course master, I wouldn't dream of it." Sooga said as he held Master Kohga tighter and fell asleep.
