The koncert

2 Hours ugh i just want to go home! Eda thought to herself. She was sitting in the third potions lesson this day, and was just waiting for Raines koncert, also it was only 5 minutes until she should have been to that Fabulous healer her mother had found.

As her teacher started telling the same childhood story, that she had told last week -and the week before, and so on- Eda looked out of the window, trying to spot Raine in the bards class. But they weren't there. None of them

Right! they're probably prepping Eda said while internally slapping herself in the head.

Well no distraction there then she thought. Just as she had found something to focus on the speaking plant in the classroom opened its mouth.

Edalynn Clawthorne, please report to the principles office. There is someone here to see you.

What now?! Eda thought. i don't think i even pulled any prank today she looked up at her teacher, who responded with a nod. Eda walked out of the classroom looking at her graffiti on the way to the office. She stopped in front of the principals door and took a deep breath

what did i do?!! she thought before entering, but to her surprise it was NOTHING she could have imagined.

"MOM!?" she said feeling her body get cold What is she doing here! she looked at the time and... oh no! no! no! no! no! she thought when she realized why her mother was here.

"Edalynn! we have an appointment at the-" her mother said before Eda cut her off.

"NO!" Eda said getting more and more nervous or was she anxious? Or both?!

"Edalynn!" her mother said in a im-warning-you kind of tone. Eda looked beside her mother where Bump stood, she looked at him in despair. He usually stood up for her but the principal had apparently spoken to him on forehand. Edas eyes widened.

everyone will know! she thought and her eyes started tearing up, she turned opened the door and sprinted away as fast as she could she knew what would happen if her mother forced her out.

no no no no! Eda thought she could feel it creeping up.

"Edalynn Clawthorne!" her mother shouted.

no no no no no! NO! she thought. everything was blurry and it wasn't just the tears blurring her vision.

was it just Raine or had someone just repeatedly shouted Edas name. They looked out the door and saw Edas Mom!? they thought wait of course! Rain figured out why Eda wasn't supposed to be at school and why her mother was now here. They Ran out... which was very embarrassing because everyone was starring at them but they had to help Eda. Raine was brainstorming places Eda went when she was anxious. abandoned classroom? no because if she turns people will see her... THE GRUDBY FIELD! they thought and Ran out. and They were right.

"EDA!" Raine shouted when seeing Eda crumbled up and hearing her grunt in pain. Were they too late!? When Raine reached Eda they threw themselves on the knees and grabbed her shoulders to turn her towards them. she was crying and Raine didn't know what to do...

"E-Eda! Eda it's okay you're okay I'm here! It's Raine Eda. Eda. it's okay" Raine said trying to sound calm and to their surprise it was working Eda was slowly coming back. when there was no more black in her eyes Raine just hugged her until she let out a gasp.

"what- what. where am i- i was- i don't-" Eda tried saying but then she saw Raine who was crying.

"Rainestorm!? did i hurt you?" She asked panicked.

"no i got to you before you were fully turned." Raine said. Eda just looked down,

they weren't supposed to see that. she thought

i wasn't supposed to see that was i... Raine thought. they both sat there in silence until Eda got up and ran.

ugh! bullocks Raine thought feeling ashamed But if they hadn't gotten there when they did Eda would've turned!

why does it affect me that much when she cries?! Raine thought now their eyes also filling with tears. They got up and ran in where their proffesor was waiting. But instead of apologising for being late, Raine just grabbed their violin and ran all the way home locking themselves in their room.
