Some healthy snacks are yogurt, vegetable sticks, and fruit juice. First, yogurt is healthy because it is made of milk. Drinking milk is good for your bones because they make your bones stronger, and yogurt can help your bones too. Second, vegetable sticks are of course healthy. They are simply vegetables. However, if you eat other dressings along side with the vegetable sticks, it may not be as healthy as just eating vegetable sticks. Third, fruit juice is made of fruit. Fruit contains a lot of vitamins. So, fruit juice is a good way to get vitamins. If you eat these healthy snacks regularly, You will become very healthy.
