Isabella riddle is the daughter of Tom riddle (Voldemort) and Bellatrix lestrange. Isabella is a twin, she has a twin brother Mattheo Riddle, they both have an older brother Tom riddle jr. After the events of the night at the potters the kids grew up with the Malfoys their aunt Narcissa and uncle Lucius.
When the Malfoys found out about Voldemort getting defeated at the potters and the potters being dead minus Harry they were shocked they were taking care of Draco when some people from the ministry came looking for Bellatrix. They eventually took Bellatrix and the three year old and the two infants were crying for their parents and Steve from the ministry asked Lucius if they knew he replied with no and they were asked if they wanted to raise their nephews and niece.
In this the twins are the same age as Draco and Harry and everyone in that year and Tom jr is two years older then Draco. Narcissa and Lucius took care of the twins and Tom jr their whole life but what happens when the twins are 14, Tom is 16 and Voldemort returns.
