Miraculous fanfic- takes place in season 5

Chapter 2- Adrien

    Cat Noir leaped through the window to his room and de-transformed. Giving Plagg some camembert he stormed out of his room to his father's study. Adrien was about to knock on the door when it opened. He dived out of the way before his father could see him.
    "Gabriel, just think about this," Nathalie said. "Ladybug is sure to know your identity by now, you need to tell your son before it's too late." His father shook his head, "No Nathalie, remember the last time I tried? And besides, the stupid kwami can't tell her my name because of the magic of the miraculous." he scowled. Adrien cleared his throat, making his presence known.
    "What has Ladybug found out?" Adrien demanded. His father and Nathalie stared at him for a second before regaining their composure. "You should know better than to eavesdrop," his father scolded. Adrien crossed his arms. "I wasn't, I was just about to talk to you. What are you keeping from me?" Though, based on what he had just heard, Adrien knew exactly what his father wasn't telling him.
    "What could I possibly be keeping from my own son? Go to your room." Adrien looked down at his shoes, on the verge of tears. "Yes, Father." He ran up to his room, slammed the door closed, and flopped down on his bed.
    "Plagg, what should I do?" Adrien asked his kwami. "You could run away, that's what I did when Sugarcube found out that I ate her last cookie," Plagg replied seriously. "I could tell Ladybug who Monarch is, but I'll have to tell her who I am as well, she'll know what to do!"
    "Plagg, claws out!" Transforming into Cat Noir and leaping through the window, Adrien had officially run away.
