Journey

I closed the diary after reading. I lied down on the bed. I was exhausted. All the things that had been happening for past one day were making me crazy. I kept the diary in the bag, closed the door, switched off the light, and fall asleep.
When I woke up it’s already evening. After having something to eat, I went to Noah’s home. I went there and at first I said sorry to him and then explained everything in detail that had happened in last two days, and then I said “She gave me a message for Zayn through that diary. All I have to do is to meet Zayn and explain him everything before he swap his body, and for that I need your help.”
Noah was not ready to accept all the things I told him, as it didn’t feel real. If I were him, I wouldn’t be agreed too. But it was the truth. I somehow convinced him that I was not telling him a lie. I didn’t know he believed me or not but he was ready to help me find and meet Zayn.
“We’ll leave for tomorrow.” Noah said.
“Where do we go, where does he live.?” I asked
“To his parent’s home, Texel, and that’s too far from here. So go home and pack your bag. We are leaving for Zayn tomorrow.” He said
So I went back to my home after that. I packed my bag and booked tickets to Texel where Zayn’s parents lived and then I went to sleep after having my dinner.
I woke up the next day. We reached the bus stand. I was excited to meet Zayn but for that I have to travel for more than 12 hours. The journey would be so beautiful if it was not stressful.
So after a long and tiring journey, we were in Texel. Noah took out his phone, opened map to see where exactly Zayn lived. We booked a cab and then we left. It took 30 minutes to get there and we were finally Zayn’s home. We knocked and her mom opened the door.
“Good evening aunty “ we both said.
“We are here for Zayn, can we meet him” I said
“Oh come in first” aunty said with a smile on her face.
We went in and had seats “where are you from.?”
“I am Noah, don’t you remember me?” Noah said
What.! Are you really...of course I remember you, but you’ve changed, you look different. It’s so good to see you my boy” She said with love
“Good to see you too aunty, but can we meet Zayn now, it’s urgent.?” He said
“Oh yeah Zayn, he doesn’t live with us, he went to Eureka for higher studies. He’ll be here within a week. You can stay here until he comes.” Aunty said
We travelled for more than 12 hours and Zayn was not there. I didn’t know, how far Eureka was.
“We don’t have one week, we need to go right now.!” I said to Noah.
Noah said to aunty “ okay aunty we should leave now, we’ll go meet him in Eureka.”
“No, you can’t go right now. It’s already dark. If you want to go, you can leave tomorrow. You’ve already travelled enough, so have some food and rest. There’s a train everyday at 10 am that will lead you to Eureka.
She was right I was so tired to even walk. So we spent the night there. Next day when I woke up I was still tired but I had to take the train on time. So after having breakfast we left for the Railway station. Train was already there before we arrived. So we went in. And I saw the google map, and saw that Eureka was 10 hours away. I had to wait 10 more hours to meet him. So I felt asleep.
“Wake up” Noah said as we reached Eureka.
I thought he was telling a lie, but when I looked out, the board was saying Eureka. So finally we were there. Noah called him, but he didn’t pick his call as always. So he called Zayn’s mom. His mom called Zayn but he didn’t even pick her call. His mom said “He always does the same but he’ll call when he’ll see my miss calls. I don’t know where he lives, So I will let you know when he’ll call me, until then find a hotel to stay.”
“Thank you aunty” Noah said and hung the phone.
“Not again. One more day. I’m so tired. Aghh why didn’t he pick his phone.” I said annoyingly as we had been travelling for past 2 days.
Then we checked in a hotel. Stayed the night. And the next day when I woke up, Noah was already up. He said “it’s time to go, his mom called me and told me his address, and after that Zayn called me and apologized for not picking my phone and said “so when are you coming.?”. I said him that we’ll be there in next one or two hours. So hurry up”
I hope this time we actually meet him.
After getting freshen up, we left the hotel. And finally I knocked his door and he came out. He still had the same cute face whom I saw 3 days ago. He was so happy to see us. And without wasting any time I went directly to the point and I said;
“Today is 19th of March and on 22nd March you’re going to swap you body again.”
“What.? No...not again, it hurts. Last time I went to future 10 years forward in time, I felt pain like someone is stretching me.”He said and he was really scared.
“But it will happen, you can’t change it. I want to tell you that this time you are going to shift in your past self.” I was saying when he interrupted me by saying “how do you know”.
Then I explain him everything thing in detail from the beginning.
“Did you read my diary.?” he said while blushing or getting embarrassed I didn’t know.
“Yes, a part of it” I said and started saying “Listen, no more questions, just listen to me carefully. You are going to swap your body with your past self and when it will happen, when you’ll shift to your past self, do not act strange, otherwise your parents will take to another city and you’ll always have to live without me.”
“Is this the reason, I didn’t remember why did I move with my parents. Now I know, last time when I had shifted in future, me from future shifted back to my body and acted strange  that’s why I had to move with my parents for treatment.? I am getting everything now, everything is getting clear.” He said
“Good, when you shift there just act normal do not act strange, okay.?”
It’s 22nd March, when I woke up. Noah’s still sleeping. I looked for Zayn. He had already swapped his body. I knew it when he came to me and said
“Hi, I am Zayn from 2027, and I knew, you’d do it. You came here and told my past Zayn to not act strange when he’ll shift his body, right.? Thank you. As we have one day, I have a lot of things to say.” He paused for a second and started speaking again “I know how and why all these happening to us.”
