December 24th
It was the two families Christmas dinner party and the Walton's we're heading over to the Sturniolo's family house.
The Sturniolo's we're in the middle of setting up the table and talking about the plans for tomorrow.
The Walton's are doing the same thing but driving instead of setting up a table.
[time skip to every1 at the dinner table]
Everyone was laughing and eating. Jaden had took y/n outside and even tho it was freezing she loved the gift he got her it wasn't much more than a bracelet but a matching bracelet that she wanted to get them both for awhile but never could.
The two shared a mid-long kiss with snow flakes falling down into their hair.
Daelo came running out but ran back Inside as soon as the cold freezing air hit him but told the couple that it was time to open presents meaning the Walton's would have to go soon to spend their Christmas as their family only and same with the sturniolo's
[back Inside]
y/n was sitting inbetween Jaden's legs both wrapped in the same blanket by the fire place with hot cocoa next to them on the small coffee table watching Jayla opening her gift from y/n.
Soon the time went away and they had to leave.
y/n was playing with Jaden's fingers as they were standing on the porch
"I had fun" y/n started talking breaking the comfortable silence "and I really love your gifts although Daelo had better gifts" y/n joked
"Wow!" Jaden put his hand over his heart in a dramatic way making y/n chuckle "well till New Years my love"
"Who said we couldn't See each other after Christmas?"
"I'm joking I'll come over don't worry"
"Alright bye J!" y/n said before kissing him again
[December 25th]
[y/n pov]
I woke up really early and rushed downstairs but stopping before I got all the way down there remembering what my mom said last night
"You have to wait till everyone is up"
I hate that it's 5 am and everyone doesn't wake up till like 10 well I was wrong cause Nick and running down too seeing we were the only ones awake.
We both sighed and went back up to our rooms to brush our teeth and everything else till everyone else wakes up
[Jaden's pov]
I woke up tired but that cause instead of me sleeping for a few more hours but daelo came jumping on my bed waking me up to open gifts.
I got out of bed brushed my teeth and went downstairs where everyone else already by the tree
[3rd pov]
The smell of peppermint and Christmas music filled the sturniolo's house as y/n and Matt was making cookies, Chris and Nick making cups of eggnog getting ready for a Christmas movie marathon after the present opening
Everyone got in a circle while the parents are on the couch. Everyone is laughing and opening Christmas presents
"Merry Christmas guys!" y/n almost shouts throwing fake snow in the air knowing if she threw real snow she'll be in trouble
[The Walton's]
Everyone was opening gifts and talking about all Jaden can think about is y/n and seeing her. Sure he loves spending time with his family but he also loves spending time with y/n
The day goes on with Christmas cheer spreading around or between the two families at least it's around getting dark and y/n and Jaden are on the phone
"My Christmas was pretty good but I can't wait to see you!"
"Same but I have to go, love you J"
"Love you too"
She hangs up as she runs down stairs to her mom who was calling her
[Skip to New Years even cause I'm like that]
The two families got together at The Walton's house this time for the New Year's Eve party just 1 minute until the ball drops y/n and Jayla are talking about stuff when Jaden drags y/n away like actually drags her by her arms (like his arms under her armpits kinda ykwim)
The two go outside to get some air as there's 30 seconds left
"Ready for a new year princess?" Jaden asked
"Honestly I don't know there's a lot to happen next year" y/n shrugs as she starts hearing people. Yelling
