Erika's pov:
It's been a week and they know for sure Ashley has a daughter named Trixie. Yeah I've been around her but I can't help them raise a child. Her mother don't even know me so it's better to be friends and nothing more. I don't think id even be able to raise my own kids. I'm going for a swim.
*I walk into Inna's room*
"Hey Inna im gonna go for a swim. I'll be back later. I know tonight's a full moon and no my werewolf side won't be affected but my mermaid side will."
"Erika what are you talking about?" Inna asks.
"Full moon affects both werewolves and mermaids. I get out of control or my mermaid side does if I touch water or look at the full moon." With that said I leave.
I go to the beach. No one's here. I jump in and start swimming. I swim until I end up at a island that looks very familiar. I saw it in a picture of my mermaid friends. I wonder if they will let them come visit when their boyfriends all of them. I hope they will. Oh shit it's starting to get late. I speed as fast as I can to get home. Once I'm home Inna is already got the house full moon proof.
I tell her "Thank you"
"Your welcome." She says.
"I gotta talk to you alone. I need advice please."
"Come on then there's a sound proof basement and we can lock it so no one else can come in."
We walk into the basement and she turns to me with a curious stare waiting for what I have to say.
"So, you know how Ashley has a daughter?"
"Yeah I know about Trixie. What about her? Don't you like her?"
"The problem is I'm still young, I don't know if I'm ready to help raise a Chile with him. I love him but I don't know anything about how to help out with a child. Im not into having kids. I don't know if I'll even be able to have a kid. I think its gonna be a very hectic situation if I get involved..." I start rambling.
"Honey calm down. It'll be alright. I promise you. If you don't wanna have much to do with his daughter at first he'll understand. It's a shock to all of us. She wasn't even supposed to be able to get pregnant with her either. I guess Ashley is just a very fertile man. Honey no matter what happens I'll be here for you."
"Thank you. I appreciate it. I just love him and don't want anyone to feel left out especially his kid. If I continue dating him I have to deal with his kid. I don't really want kids for at least a year depending on what is going on with my life. I still want to be a kid and do whatever I wanna do instead of raising a kid I didnt have."
"Honey just talk to Ashley about it. But for now you need to go get some sleep."
"Thank you Inna, imma head to bed in a second. I think imma just go lay down with some music til I can fall asleep. Goodnight."
