My aunt always told me that, "if you are to have a dream that scares you, just say Jesus, and your dream will stop." Let's just say, I had many nightmares around those ages. I would say Jesus but nothing happened. Usually I would have a dream that I woke up, but in reality I'm frozen. I felt as if I were dead in real life.
I always had dreams that I was either falling, dying, or just being tortured. I couldn't take it, I avoided the problem by not sleeping. This made my life much worse.
