Wedding Day of Doom pt.2

Willow: 7

I looked outside the window, today was the day of the wedding I wasn't surprised that for my birthday they were going to do the wedding. Mother thought that my birthday gift would be having  a father. When we both know that he wouldn't have it any other day than my birthday. Thankfully Ben was invited to the wedding since I got to make the guest list which Elijah couldn't argue with. Of course I took out Helena before Mother said that I couldn't invite Ben if I didn't invite her. On that annoying and tragic note I walked around the room that was the ballroom in the mansion, I was looking for Ben. Over the course of a few days we became good friends so I couldn't help but try and find him. I soon spotted him over at the buffet table trying to pick what was the good snacks, courtesy of me as well. As I walked over Ben's Mother also came towards me and Ben with the most excruciating smile I have ever seen. Ben also noticed his Mother and decided to duck under the table I also ducked under with him the second she was talking to another guy on the opposite side of the table.

We looked at each other and sighed then as we stealthily walked out of the room, I glanced back at the house before we made a run for it. We ran as fast as we could, we made our way over to the eastern side of the woods. As we made it in, we looked at the top's of the tree's and saw the twinkling twillight, bright with the shine of the Moon and stars. As I looked up having stopped running, Ben lied on his back on the ground to get a clear view of the sky. I lied down next to him to watch the stars. He looked over at me and grinned widely. I grinned back at him. "So what do we do now that were probably stuck to this floor?" I laughed at his question before in the middle of giggles saying "well, I think we can sleep here it is pretty comfortable anyways I'm surprised that there more comfortable than the expensive bed that I have" He laughed with his brows furrowed he rolled onto his side and started to clutch his stomach. I started laughing too, I couldn't help it at all. He was funny in a way that made me smile as a long lasting friend would. We stopped then looked at each other again and then we looked towards the rest of the forest and then we gave each other very mischeivous looks. Like who wouldn't want to get as far away from a very boring society that is very homophobic as well. That part I have not mentioned before but now that I think about it, in almost any community there's like a group of people who aren't straight and me and Ben along with Lily, Drake, and Alex all of us are different and yet I feel like this whole town hasn't had something like that before. As we raced through the forest I didn't forget to invite the other's on the run, Ben already knows about them and how weird we are. He however has a secret as well: he can make lightning or just summon storms when he wants to or when he gets really angry and sometimes when the forecast says that it'll have a 80% chance of a storm then Ben'll know that its going to be a rough day for him. 

As we headed to our favorite clearing I could hear from across the way that the 2 mothers were searching for us. Heh they'll never find us sleeping out in this lovely cold night. Normally, before Ben had moved to this town me and my friends would normally sleep out here if mother was getting too uncomfortable or we just needed to get away for awhile and we made it back home each time before she would decide to call the police.  Besides that when we got to the spot we grabbed out some food and water and then we talked for the rest of the night.

The Next Morning~

I looked around me and remembered last night. As I looked to my side I was suppressing a laugh as I looked to Bens face his brows were going inwards his mouth was open and snoring. i looked at him before I shook him awake. He groaned as he raised his head and looked into my eyes he then closed them again and turned his head towards the dirt before he raised his head to get up. As we got up and started heading over we made small talk. "So, have you decided if you want to join the DnD club?" 'yes' "good 'cuz there are some really funny guys that I think you would love to meet!" 'really you know how good I am at making friends 'round these parts' I started to laugh at his suddenly cowboy accent it was too funny that I just started laughing had stopped walking and was on the verge of collapsing on the ground. When we got home Mother was so angry with me. Ben's Mother was also angry she and Mother had wanted to talk to us about something. "You 2 are to be married off!" Mother had said. Me and Ben looked at each other with faces of dread. Me and him didn't expect to be engaged this quickly! At least we were hoping not at all! Of course that's not always the case. Oh how I am in peril, this is going to be a long agonizing life.
