3rd person pov

5:00am, Thursday,

Jaden and Jayla both woke up at 5:00 to take showers.

They didn't have much time so they took short showers, packing their stuff, when they got out.

Dahlia woke up at 5:15 getting ready to go to the airport.

she threw on some black sweatpants with a long sleeve forest green crop top.

She went to Jaylas room so Jayla could braid her hair.

Jayla did Dutch braids in her hair and Dahlia did fishtail braids in Jaylas hair.

After they were done they gathered their stuff and brought it down stairs.

Dahlia sat on the couch sad that she had to leave this amazing place.

Javon woke up a little later than expected, 5:45 am; he started rushing around getting his stuff packed and clothes changed.

Jessica woke up before everyone, same as Dj.

Daelo woke up at 5:50 since he didn't have to pack or do anything to get ready, besides changing.

They all packed into the rental car, heading off to the airport.

(Dahlias pov.)

I was having mixed feelings about leaving, I was extremely excited to see my friends and family back home, but was also said because I had so much fun here and just didn't want it to end.

I texted my mom letting her know that we should be boarding soon.

We are now boarding the plane, I don't know why but today my stomach felt super wheezy.

I've never been scared to board planes but today just felt weird.

We sit down in our seats, I was next to Jayla in a two person seat, Javon, Jaden, and Dj were together and Jess, Daelo, and someone random were in a seat together.

"Please fasten your seatbelts we will be taking of...."

was all I heard before I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up seeing that the rest of the family was sleeping.

I went on my phone and started to watch a movie.

"Everyone please put your seatbelts back on!! We're are having some turbulence." someone yelled over the speakers.

I buckled myself extremely fast, "Jayla! Jayla wake up." I said shaking her. she didn't buzz.

I buckled her seatbelt, gripping her arm, shaking in fear.

The plane was shaking extremely hard, that's when we started to fall.

I screamed, so as everyone else. But Jayla, Javon, Jaden, Dj, Jessica, and Daelo we're still sleeping.

Oxygen masks came down from the ceiling, I put one over mine and Jaylas mouth, breathing extremely fast.

I closed my eyes.

'I don't wanna die, please, please..' I thought tears running down my face.

"Dahlia? Dahlia wake up.. Dahlia!"

I shot awake, breathing hard.

"are you okay?" Jayla asked, concern lacing her voice.

"It was just a dream.." I whispered as a tear ran down my face.
