Yes, I tried to write Star Wars again. Mandalorian this time. And I have the cover this time. I don't really know what I was going for, but I was still pretty new to Procreate.

beep beep beep

Beep 1: shiz, beep 2: bish, beep 3, fork. Lovely

The tracking fob's noise had sped up. Nadya walked cautiously through the sea of bodies towards the large reddish brown door of one of the houses, her blasted raised. The bounty must be inside. She squinted at the door again, pressing a small button on her helmet. Two life forms. Another hunter must have already gotten inside.

Oh Nadya Kasumi Kryze. The weird Mandalorian girl. I remember her.

Thud

The sound of a blaster and something falling to the ground startled her. She opened the doors cautiously to see- Oh this should be fun, another mndalorian, his blaster pointed at her. He looked her up and down, seeing how her mandalorian armor looked old, but her jet pack was shining. He really needs to get one of those. He could tell she had been through a lot. Like him. She scanned the room quickly, the tracking fob beeping quickly in her hand. Her eyes traveled to the IG unit on the ground, with a hole through its head and then to the cradle with a green creature with big ears in it behind the mandalorian.

"Looked her up and down."  Smexy.

"Who are you? You're mandalorian?"

His voice brought her back out of her thoughts, as she turned to face him. "Is that the bounty?" She pointed to the cradle.

He stiffened, "Yes. Are you mandalorian?"

He can't just be like, "and you?" I mean, I just said Mandalorian.

"Yes." Nadya walked over to the little thing, putting away her blaster, and the other mandalorian slowly lowered his own. "I thought he was fifty..." She reached out her finger to let him take hold of it, and the new mandalorian relaxed.

"Different species age differently."

He walked over to the cradle and they both peered in at the baby. "Well, what now?" Nadya looked back at the mandalorian, "Do you have a ship?" He glanced at her, "I used to." "What's that supposed to mean? Yes or no?" She titled her head slightly, her eyebrows raised behind her helmet, "No. I don't."

He sighed, "I suppose you're coming with me then."

Ummmm, I thought he had trust issues. Never going to understand him. Or myself.

Nadya, who had been peering at the baby again, drew her attention back to the mandalorian, "Yes- I'd... like that."
He stood for a moment, watching the mysterious mandalorian girl, before, "what's your name?" The words came tumbling out of his mouth before he could think of what he was saying.

"Nadya. And you?"

"Mando will do..."

Nadya tilted her head, "it would be a shame to call you Mando when we're both mandalorian." He was silent. Nadya watched him walk back towards the baby, and reach his finger out, like she had done, and the baby took hold of it, giggling happily.

"IT WOULD BE A SHAME?" WTF. She proper gurl. Not correct.

"Mando." The word felt odd coming out of her mouth, "we should get going." He grunted in response, the voice modulator in his helmet making it barley audible, and walked towards Nadya, "my ship is pretty far away, we should get going if we are going to get there before nightfall." She walked towards him, and the carrier the child was in followed, "I programmed it to follow us. Tell me when I should change that."

Oh hey, this is when I started using my X's and Plus signs for time skips. Oh to be young again. . .

We had been riding for hours, and I could see a settlement in the distance. I slowed my blurg, giving it a break, "is that where we're headed?"

Who knows. ✌🏼 I also just remembered that I had the idea I was going to write a sequel. That never happened.
