After nate walks off to the shower visably annoyed at you.
you grab your things and leave without saying goodbye.
you slam the door behind you as you message the groupchat
You: I cannot with nate rn
Rue: what happened r u okay?
You: he's mad at me cuz I threw champagne on some asswipe at the restaurant!
Jules: what!?
You: we got home he said barely anything on the ride back and I can tell he's annoyed with me
and we got home and we just sort of had some weird kind of sex thing.
Elliot: thats weird come hang with us meet us at the diner by my house
You: I'm on my way now

as you walk out the front door you hear a tap on one of the windows
you look up to see nate looking down at you.
you turn around and continue walking.
5 minutes later
you arrive at the diner and see elliot, rue and jules sat down at a table.
you sit at the table
'I'm here' you say
'wow the 4s back together finally' elliot says excitedly
'who's getting the food then?' jules asks

'not me either' rue mumbles
'elliot?' jules says turning her head to elliot.

elliot rolls his eyes and turns around walking into the dinner.
your phone starts to vibrate as nate calls you
you take the phone out your pocket and look at it wondering what to do.
jules takes the phone out your hand and presses decline and hands your phone back.
you slightly smile at jules and look back down at your phone.
'ignore that asshole you can sort it out later. but for now we're all together like we used to be' jules says
'yeah fuck him' rue says
'already have..... multiple times' you say smiling
'we know' rue says
'how tf do u know' you say lightly punching rue in the arm while laughing
'I'm gonna break up with nate for like a week' you say
'never heard that before' rue says
'no I'm being serious this time' you say back as you pick up your phone and message nate.
You: I think we should break up for just a week.

you look at your phone as the message 'k' keeps playing in your mind.

'got any alchol or like anything at all' you say
'perfect you asked that' jules says as she pulls out a bottle of vodka from her bag.
you take the bottle of her and open it immediately downing it.
'woah stop' rue says taking the bottle away from you
'you've drank nearly half the bottle' rue says

you look into the diner to see elliot staring at you while waiting for the food
you smile at him and he winks back at you.
