Kaminari knew he was going to be the last one to leave for the carnival, with how long it was going to take him to get in, plus he took longer to get ready.
He was already on the train when he messaged saying he left his dorm. Course that didn't matter.
He was anxiously bouncing his leg up and down as he turned his phone off after being informed that his group was getting Starbucks while they wait for him to arrive.
It's still not his fault he wanted to look nice.
As he was busy tapping away to his music that was playing through his headphones, he looked up, only to see a boy across from him.
He was staring at his phone, wearing rather emo clothing, his hair was rather wild and purple, he couldn't see his face though.
He was wearing a mask.

He opened his phone back up and messaged his group telling them about to guy across from him.
