Chapter 9||Did You Sleep Well?

No ones pov.

After we finished, Catra fell asleep. Adora however didnt. She needed to make sure Catra was okay. Adora watched. Catras breaths for a while. After 30 minutes Adora almost dozed off.

Adora heard heavy breaths and felt the bed shake. Adora immediately woke up and looked at Catra. Catra was in tears and was now sat up in the bed. Adora sat up to comfort her. "Its okay Catra, im here." Adora said. Adora got closer a little.

Catras heavy breaths slightly died down. "Can i touch you?" Adora asked. Catra looked towards Adora and her breaths died down completely, leaving her with soft breaths. She nodded as she went closer to Adora. Adora hugged her and comforted her. "Your safe kitty" Adora said as she scratched behind Catras ears. "You need to sleep, ill make sure nothing happens okay?" Adora said. Catra shook her head.

"You need to sleep" she mumbled. Adora smiled. "Your safety is more important than my life. I would go asleep as soon as you wake up darling" Adora said as she laid the both off them down. "Okay.." Catra hesitated as she snuggled her head in Adoras neck. She pulled herself closer and breathed small breaths. Adora continued scratching Catras ears and listened to Catras purrs.

Adora stayed awake most the night. She had an hour of sleep before she woke up to see Catra still sleeping. Adora had a banging head ache. Catra slowly dozed out of her sleep and looked into Adoras eyes. Catra smiled as she saw the blondes face. She gave Adora a peck on her cheek. "Good morning sunshine" she said before yawning and snuggling in Adoras neck. "Good morning. Did you have a good nights sleep?" Adora asked. "I should be asking you that." She said, her head still against Adoras neck. "Mm ive got about an hour. Adora said.

Catra sighed and got out of Adoras neck. "Go sleep, ill go brush my teeth and shower and ill be back with you" Catra said as she rose from the bed. Adora nodded and closed her eyes. Catra got out the bed fully and went towards the bathroom. Adora stayed awake. It felt impossible for her to fall asleep. Adora eventually got mad at her self and let out a groan. Catra came out the shower with a towel wrapped around her body. Adora turned her head, facing Catra. Catras eyebrows furrowed. "Adora! Go to sleep!" Catra said as she closed the bathroom door. "Ive been tryinggg" Adora complained.

Catra scoffed. "You just cant sleep without me anymore, hm?" She said as she went towards the drawer. "Mhm" Adora said as she watched Catra. Catra took of her towel and put on her bra and pants. (Shes comfortable with Adora cuz they had sex like 500 times) Adora stared at her as she put on her shirt and some shorts. She entered the bed with Adora. "Your going to get sick, dry your hair" Adora said tiredly. She shook her head. "Its fine princess, anything for you" Catra said. Adora laughed weakly. "That was so corny, come hereee" Adora groaned and Catra got in her arms.

Catra snuggled her head in Adoras neck again. "Ew Catra! Your hairs in my face!" Adora saidas she moved the hair out her face. Catra laughed in her neck as she forced Adora to wrap her arms around Catras waist. Adora smiled and rested her chin on Catras shoulder. "Sleep." Catra demanded. Adora laughed before she closed her eyes to sleep.

Catra listened to Adoras quite snores. Catra smiled and stayed with Adora for the rest of the time Adora slept.
