Wow, junior year of high school. This meant long college prep classes, photographing and writing for the school paper and yearbook, going to the movies with Tala, Maria, and Siobhan, and worrying about Bella and Rose-Mae. Poor Dad, he barely had any idea. I'm just glad we had Thanksgiving break.

Jacob: I just showed Charlie that I'm a werewolf, he has no idea about the other wolves or the vampires. He is simply aware of supernatural forces.

Me: Wow, well, thanks for the heads up.

I heard the door knock on Thanksgiving. It was just Charlie and I, but he was cooking a lot of food. When I opened the door, I saw Bella, Edward, and a tiny child. I was taken aback slightly. Rose-Mae was only two months old.

"Oh, y/n, we adopted Edward's niece, well now our daughter. Her name is Rose-Mae." Bella said with a smile.

"Well, our daughter now." Edward said, squeezing Rose-Mae's hand.

"Oh, this is how you two figured the whole baby thing out?" I asked in my head. Edward nodded at me, right, mind reader. "Does Rose-Mae just grow fast because of vampire genes?" I asked again. Another nod from Edward.

"She's grown a lot since I saw her last." Charlie said with a shrug. "I got to finish the turkey, I'll be right back."

"Y/n," Edward whispered to me. Charlie was gone, Bella was playing with Rose-Mae. "Bella is a vampire, that's why she's been missing and why she looks different. Rose-Mae is a hybrid. Charlie knows Jacob is a wolf, but he doesn't know anything else. At all, nothing about the werewolves or vampires."

As the three Cullens began to get settled, I heard another knock on the door, this time Charlie followed me to the door. When I opened the door I saw some other familiar faces. There stood Harry, Sue, Leah, and Seth Clearwater. When our gaze met, my heart began to beat heavily. I also saw Billy Black in his wheelchair.

"I invited the Clearwaters and the Blacks over for Thanksgiving. I figured you and Seth have been dating for so long, the Clearwaters are basically family." Charlie said with a smile. Seth blushed. "Jacob is staying on the rez."

"Y/n!" Seth squealed as he gave me a hug. "It's so great to see you again!"

"Thanks for opening your home to us." Sue Clearwater said with a smile. She gave me a small pat on my shoulder.

Soon, everyone was inside, Sue was helping Charlie cook, and I saw Edward hiding in the corner. I was surprised though, none of the Quileutes seemed to mind his presence. I guess the fight against the newborn army and the Black pack protecting my niece softened the rivalry. It was a very typical Thanksgiving.

"Come on, y/n, let's go for a walk." Seth said after a few moments of sitting at home.

"What's up?" I asked, as the door closed behind us.

"So much, you have no idea." Seth said, attempting to muster his kind smile. "Well first, good news. We have all been welcomed back into the tribe and the Uley pack."

"That's wonderful." I said with a relieved smile.

"Sam's still mad at Jacob, but the brotherhood, well siblinghood with Leah, is strong." Seth said with a smile. "Also, Sam ordered that Rose-Mae may never be harmed, since you staked your life for her safety. You're my imprint, you can never be harmed, since Rose-Mae is under your protection, that rule applies to her."

"Thank goodness." I said, still relieved.

"Y/n, I think you and your sister could be the bridge between the vampires and the wolves." Seth said. "However, that's not why I want to talk to you."
