Darius' POV:
Alan backed away with me. Ian followed out reactions. They didn't know him as well as we did.
"Why did you do this?" Ian firmly asked, Dr. Wu just smiled. He glanced at me then at the people behind him. Mitch and Tiff. How were they alive.
"Hello Darius." My heart sank and I grabbed onto Alan's arms terrified.
"Why are you so scared?" He softly asked, I began to scratch my arm again. Ian lifted his arms slightly to guard me as well.
"Your not touching the kid." Alan said, Mitch smiled at my reaction.
"Hi D." Mitch cooed, shivers went down my whole body. I noticed a dinosaur in one of the cages in the room.
"The raptor." I quietly wispered so Alan and Ian could hear me. They both looked back at me then to where the Raptor was.
"That's a raptor." Alan blurted, Mr. Wu turned to the cage and smiled.
"Yes, is she what your looking for?" I slowly let go of Alan's arm and pushed through them to look at the 3 adults in front of us.
"If you give them the raptor I'll stay here." I said, Dr. Wu scoffed but Mitch just smiled.
"Fine whatever take the Raptor, I have no use for that stupid Dinosaur anyways." Dr. Wu said bluntly, I was about to walk over to them but Alan grabbed my wrist.
"What are you thinking!?" He wisper-yelled, I let out a sharp breath and smiled at him. I slipped my wrist from his hand and walked to Dr. Wu.
"Hurry up then!" Dr. Wu shouted, Ian looked at Alan. He most likely didn't know much about Raptors. Alan sighed and went over to the cage. The blue raptor cooed at Alan. Mitch walked up behind me making me freeze in place. He bent down to my ear. I felt his warm breath on my skin.
"You will never forget." He whispered in my ear. I looked down at the ground trying to hide the tears forming in my eyes.
"Ack!" Alan opened the cage and the raptor jumped out and ran pushing Alan a side.
"Now look what you've-" Dr. Wu was intruppted by a huge dinosaur barging through the door, breaking the wall. It had spikes on its back, an Ankylosaurus tail, and the features of the Scorpias rex. I started to run over to Alan and Ian but Mitch grabbed my wrist.
"No you don't!" He shouted, I tried to pull away from his grasp.
"Leave me alone asshole!" I shouted back, the large dinosaur roared and scanned the room. It's gaze stopped at me like I was it's target or something.
"Darius run!" I heard Alan shout, I was frozen. I couldn't move or do anything. I just couldn't. I didn't know why. The hybrid pounced at me, I shut my eyes and prepared myself to die.
Ben's POV:
I walked down the bright hallway in awkward silence. Ellie was walking next to me.
"So, how was your day?" I broke the silence, Ellie just smiled and glanced at me.
"Well, I almost died by that Hybrid earlier and got stuck in the bathroom." I started to laughed but covered my mouth quickly. Ellie chuckled at my reaction.
"How'd you get stuck in a bathroom?" I asked on the verge of laughter. She huffed.
"Some Ankylosaurus got loose during the evacuation and-" She cut herself off and stopped walking.
"They don't have samples of a Raptor and Ankylosaurus." She mummbled, I stopped walking and looked at her with confusion.
"They have real dinosaurs." My heart sank, they brung dinosaurs here instead of samples?
"What..." I wispered, Ellie opened her mouth to speak but I was suddenly hit I'm the back by something big. Like a dinosaur, I turned on my back to see what pounced at me and saw Bumpy.
"Bumpy!?" I said in disbelief, Bumpy started to lick my face. I started laughing. Ellie knelt down next to me and looked at Bumpy in shock.
"You named a Dinosaur?" She brushed her hand on Bumpy making Bumpy road happily.
"Bumpy is my friend." I tried to explain. Ellie huffed and sat down.
"This is gonna be interesting." She said, we both jumped at the sound of a loud scream. A deathly scream. A Terrifying scream. Bumpy peaked her head up at the scream.
"Come on!" I quickly said and hopped myself onto Bumpy's back like it was nothing. Ellie blinked at me for a second, I helped her get on Bumpy and we started to race where we heard the scream.
